This place is horrible the Dr is not educated enough to be working in a walk in, I went for a ppd test for a job had this test done a few times due to working at other places. I bruise easily w any shot or blood work and he tried to tell me that I was positive!! Told him how I've always been negative even had at AFC in new Britain for school last year. The Dr said it goes against his practice but he'll say I'm negative went to the one in new Britain after because worried even they said it's negative! This Dr probably miss diagnosed tons of people be very cautious with any positive results from this Dr ,u should definitely get 2nd opinion!

I hope I never have to go back to this place.
I had an appointment for 5:30 yesterday and didn’t even get called until about 6:30 pm. And then when I got back to the room I was just left there and when the PA finally came in he was very quick and beside manner was not very good. I was waiting for paperwork so I could leave and come to find out the PA never told the nurse to bring me my paper work and was just left in the room again.

I was very impressed by the medical facility. The front desk was pleasant and accommodating. The nurse that took my vitals, the X-ray technician, and as well as the PA who listened to the pain I was experiencing while he did his work up.
I will definitely recommend you all. Thank you.

Very clean clinic and the staff is great. My only complaint is that they weren’t very busy when I was there and I had to wait 45 minutes to see the doctor for five minutes to be diagnosed.

My son and I came here for the first time today. Everybody was really friendly. This was by far the most thorough and detailed walk-in I’ve ever been to. I was asked more questions that I have ever been asked and multiple vitals had been taken than any facility I have ever experienced, which was really nice to see. The PA took the time to examine and ask detailed questions. We first waited for a Covid test and then we were going to do a flu test and my son was nearly losing his mind having to wait so I requested they just call with the results. The PA himself called and it was not long after we left. That was definitely A1 service right there. I figured it would’ve been several hours before we got a callback and to be honest most places would’ve probably gotten too busy and forgotten to call. This was definitely a pleasant experience. We will definitely recommend this location to anyone in need. Thanks for the great experience

My wife Karen came in yesterday to have her ring removed. Her knuckle was swollen. Dr. Sykes cut the ring off. She is very nice, friendly, and professional. The swelling has come down some.
