However, I did find the registration process a bit inconvenient. I had to complete the entire registration on my phone, including entering personal details and uploading pictures of my insurance. It took me some time to do, and I also worry that older individuals who aren't as familiar with technology might find this process difficult. It could be a challenge for them.”
“My doctor was Dr Ozbeck during my pregnancy and I am so happy I found her. She was very kind and informative, she took her time with each visit, she also was personable and I didn't feel like an assembly line patient. When I gave birth she was not in call but was update and involved in my birth. I am so grateful for her and the family medicine team!”
