Needed a new credit card immediately. Met Jaden at this branch. Within 24 hours my new credit card was at my house. Highly recommend this branch, as well as Jaden.

Fat male worker was rude and has the worst customer service skills . Talks about your business out loud and then acts like you’re a criminal for wanting to take out your own money !

Went into the bank having issues with an account I tried to virtually open & to deposit into account- the staff were incredibly friendly and patient. They got me set up with the soonest appointment for a sit-down advisor to help me figure things out. Jaden was very helpful in laying out my account options and making sure the process was easy. He went the extra mile to ensure my mobile banking was set up and go over a couple different online amenities included with the account. Great visit & I will definitely be back!

Whew boy. I am glad I am not a Bank of America customer. They are awful from the corporate level down. I attempted to tend to my late father’s estate at this branch, as instructed to by the Estate department, but this is the real C level team.First of all, no one answers the phone here. Likely because they are running a real skeleton crew, complete with the teller doodling pictures on their screen. I made an appointment after the first time my husband and I went where the only person available apparently doesn’t even know the sky is blue. But then I couldn’t make it to the appointment due to a medical issue, so I sent my husband hoping someone would finally answer the questions we had, which was the entire point. Of course I couldn’t cancel or explain the situation - no one answers the phone.I only wanted what I expect is a very simple banking question answered, but no. They wouldn’t even answer a question because it wasn’t me - even though he is my spouse and it wasn’t a private question at all. I literally spoke about it on the phone with the estate department (also useless) where they have no idea who I am. As an attorney, he attempted to make his case that he was acting as my agent to ask a very general set of questions, but no.My dad is dead and I’m injured. Why am I jumping through hoops for a month, BoA? Throw a girl a bone. A simple “sorry for your loss” would have even been a start.Anyway, point is, I’m not sure why this branch even exists. If you use it as an ATM only I’m sure you’ll be fine.

I've never seen such an understaffed BofA branch in my life. I went mid day, middle of the week. Even if I had made an appointment, it would have taken hours just to check in.I knew BofA was going down hill but wow! I walked in and there was 10 people in a totally non-moving line. ONE teller was helping what appeared to be ONE trainee in ONE teller window. I waited several minutes and there was no movement of the line. Not one person. So I left. This place makes the DMV look good. While waiting in line, I saw one banker in the back walk out and apologize for making someone wait for a sit-down consultation. The people working here are probably wonderful. I'll never find out. The guard out front was super-courteous and even opened the door for me. I give them all an extra stars because I never actually got to speak with anyone else. The problem rather is simply that the branch is absurdly under-staffed!!I keep money in multiple financial institutions. I was coming in today to close out one of my accounts with BofA and move more money to Chase JPM. My experience with this and other branches affirms my decision to move as much wealth away from BofA as possible.

Low staff inside so there was only 1 teller person when I went inside to make my deposit. Had to wait a little bit but I feel that's normal for a bank. Otherwise everyone was very friendly and the transaction was smooth!

This branch seems to be heavily neglected. Which is also a feeling I get generally with Bank of America. Initially opening my business account there took 2 hours of waiting at the branch then 2.5 hours with the account person followed by 2 phone calls to correct errors that the person made. I was unable to do it at the Rocky Hill center because they lack the staff that opens accounts. However, in visiting this location to make deposits (which they do have a single teller) I have also been dissappointed. For example, the last time I went in to deposit a large cache of checks, the teller chatted with the man in front of me for 10 minutes after finishing his transaction. This was 930AM, I had stopped on my way to work hoping to quickly take care of my deposit. I had 28 checks so mobile deposit was unfeasible. I left without making the deposits. This was a waste of my time!!! This is something that makes me regret using Bank of America. My wife and I both use them for the ease of transferring between our shared accounts. Events like this continue to reinforce in my mind that the hassle of changing ALL of my accounts to another insitution make sense.

Highly dissatisfied with overall services at this location. Had to wait over an hour to wire money and another time I was advised not to wait as they are one hour away from the closing and will not be able to do wire for me. I would avoid this branch at all cost

This bank is not run efficiently. They have one person working the front everytime I go and she is extremely slow and never worried about the line of people waiting. If you’re gonna only have one teller make sure they are quick and knowledgeable and don’t have to wait every five min for an override cuz she’s not qualified enough to do the transaction herself. Also the customer service is terrible..

What kind of bank is closed FRIDAY and SATURDAY. They close at 4 every other day they are open. When people work 9-5 jobs when the heck are they supposed to be able to go to the bank!?!?!

The absolute rudest staff I have ever encountered. Not a great feeling to have my money invested in such an ill mannered institution. Disgusted.
