He was exceptionally helpful! After carefully analyzing my account, he was able to discover that I was not receiving a promotional discount that should have been applied at time of purchase. Although this was technically a “customer service issue” he aided in contacting customer support for immediate resolution ensuring I received the entirety of the credits adjusted on the account. Dashawn was more than efficient in doing so and I am extremely impressed by his level of professionalism and knowledge to resolve the matter expeditiously. If you’re ever in the area stop by and see Dashawn I guarantee he will not disappoint!”

“Zach has the patience of a saint. I never seen anything like it. He was working alone and was hit with a wave of customers, all wanted help and had different situations. Zach was very calm and cordial. He kept his composure and dealt with every customer accordingly. He greeted everyone with a smile, made a few recommendations, and treated everyone as if we were family. Most people would not be able to handle that kind of situation but Zach did an exceptional job. Even when he had some technical difficulties and the phones ringing off the hook, the man stayed calm. Zach must have a PhD in customer service the way he held the set down today. Absolutely Amazing. While Zach dealing with some technical difficulties, trade ins, returns, selling the protection and sympathizing with the customer who came in for a game that was not in stock, the phones ringing, the line grew longer as he was assisting me and the other, the man stayed calm. Zach was a one man army while dealing with so much by himself. It was amazing, you couldn’t pay to see stuff like this on cable. I had great experience and highly recommended this location.”

“a better then average target in port chester thats been open about a year and is 2 levels of well organized products from a to z. plenty of outdoor parking and easy quick to find main entrance. personally its one of the better stocked and organized target store i have shopped in and basically all dept sections are easy to find while browsing with your shopping cart . picked up a few things on main level and pick up more then a few things on level 2. they have a snack section along with a starbucks if you want to grab a bite or drink during your shopping journey. checkout is a breeze when going to a cashier as self service is slowed down by turtle pace customers. i spent about 130 bucks and got good deals on cargo pants and some stuff for my kitchen and bathroom . dont venture to port chester that much but now i have a good reason , due to the local target in town.”

I didn't encounter any issues during my visit, and they were more than willing to assist with any questions or concerns I had.However, my only gripe is with the parking situation in the area. It's a bit hit or miss, as it's mostly metered parking outside. Due to the presence of other businesses and restaurants in the vicinity, parking spaces can be quite limited and fill up quickly. That said, if you can overcome this minor inconvenience, I wholeheartedly recommend this Apple Store location.Overall, my shopping experience here was positive, and I'm satisfied with my purchases.
