Went to Verizon in Ridgefield CT this morning had to have my screen protector changed. Brian did great but charging $53 dollars is excessive. Way too much!!! Get it right Verizon!!!

Went into the Verizon store in Ridgefield to investigate alternative plans for my phone - left with a greatly enhanced plan including international service, two streaming services, AND a new Samsung S24 Ultra, all for less than I was paying. Mark was amazingly informed of options without pushing anything. He also sorted out a small account complication to allow the changes. 20 minutes to save money and get better service and phone - 5 star service.
