He was extremely patient with us as one of my daughter’s phones was not updated properly. I give him a lot of credit putting up with us, he stayed past closing to make sure everything updated and transferred properly. My youngest kept him very amused. “Great place to fix electronic devices, ie phones, tablets, laptops, etc. Very reasonable prices and quality work. Kenny spent over an hour fixing my phone and the price was $40. Free diagnostic so no charge of they are unable to fix it. I highly recommend them!!!”

“The best in town. I came in to get my pc fix because it was displaying on my monitor, remind you. I came 20 mins before he was closing while he was attending other customers. He stood the extra 30 mins to get my pc working , was very honest and told me the problem instead of making things up and giving me the run around. Very affordable price too. “I had a wonderful experience today at this location with Haley! I want to shout out her name because she was incredibly competent, patient, educated on service and products and an excellent communicator. I went there with my mother to have her iPhone activated and her number transferred. We showed up about 30 minutes before closing time, and Haley spent an additional 20 minutes with us after closing. She went above and beyond, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. My mother was thrilled! It is experiences like these that continue to drive brick and mortar retail sales. Highly recommended!”

“After struggling with service on my phone for a long while (losing internet connection and having SOS messages pop up in service areas where no one else had struggles), I stopped in to see if I could get some help with my phone. Queenie, who appeared to be the manager, was very quick and was able to fix my service issue in a brief visit. I have since not seen the same issues with the service. I will be continuing to monitor but she was very knowledgeable and even showed me how to personally troubleshoot any issues like this in the future.”
“I visited the Verizon store on the Berlin Turnpike in Newington, CT and was very fortunate to have Leticia assist me as she usually spends more time at the Verizon store at Westfarms. She was great! She was personable, professional, knowledgeable and got the job done in an efficient manner. My new Verizon iphone that I purchased online would not operate properly as the sim card that it came with did not function and I needed a new one. Leticia patiently and efficiently diagnosed the issue and resolved it. She worked with my for about 45 minutes to make sure all issues were resolved. Now that is excellent customer service!
