They installed a Trane central Air Conditioning system; replacing an old Carrier system. The installers were professional, Knowledgeable and personable. Overall it was a great experience and very happy with their work. I would use them again.

Almost all of our experiences with Daniel’s were positive. Especially with the GM, who goes the extra mile to explain things, and be transparent about propane. Really appreciated the monthly emails and updates, which always put a smile on our face. We had a couple minor issues where we asked for a call in advance of a fill up, and they didn’t leave a voicemail (small suggestion there, given that many folks don’t have the propane company’s number saved)—- but an honest mistake, and they did try to call. Ultimately, we switched providers because of the rental fee—- Daniel’s was very transparent about their pricing, which I appreciated, but switching to a supplier with a slightly different model and no rental fee made sense for us given the lower consumption. Daniel’s is certainly reasonable with pricing, even if you may find a provider with slightly lower rates depending on your consumption. Overall would recommend.

Read your documents with Daniels Propane very carefully….I was a Daniels customer since 2008 with one tank for a decorative fireplace. In 2019 I needed 2 tanks for a new generator.
“Lease all three tanks for $300.00 per year”
That is the proposal I accepted from Daniels Propane late in 2019.
I paid the $300 for 3 years. In January 2024 they charged my VISA card $500. I asked for the expected $200 credit, and got it. It would have been a 66% increase!
They didn’t tell me they changed the 2024 pricing, and NOW it was $300 for TWO tanks.
And in May I was charged $129.95 for the “old” third tank. That is a 43% increase over the $300.
Daniels said I didn’t use enough gas to allow me to keep the lease at $300 per year for 3 tanks.
So I got $300 per year lease for 3 new tanks from CT Propane, and terminated Daniels effective May 31. They got to keep the 200 gallons of Propane sitting in their 3 tanks.
So my suggestion is , be very careful.

We were in need of a new furnace and decided to switch from oil to propane. We spoke with several companies and after weighing our options, we chose Daniels Energy. It certainly was the right choice. They are a big company with a great reputation and they lived up to our expectations. We thought we’d get excellent service. It took three days to complete the entire project. Throughout it all, everyone we dealt with was remarkable. Everything came out perfect. They were professional, knowledgeable, competitive, caring and accommodating. We would highly recommend them if you're looking for the right company.

Daniels explained every step in simple language as to what needed to be done to replace our A/C unit. Everyone was very courteous during the repairs. We have worked with Daniel's Energy before and were treated well.

I have been with Daniels for over 33 years. Recently I needed to have two air handlers, two A/C condenser units and a new furnace installed. From start to finish, the people at Daniels were FANTASTIC! Between the first steps of duct cleaning, to the ending final tweaks, they took care of everything. The best part though was everyone I dealt with was professional, personable and owned everything they were working on. From the office staff, sales and the installers everything went smoothly. They were quick, efficient and always showed up at the scheduled time. Another item, every day and after the job was complete, any areas where work was being performed, it was cleaned up as if no one was ever there. The installers did not cut any corners and when the systems were completed, everything worked as promised and looked great as well. I am a picky person, and I know when jobs are performed well. Everyone at Daniels did a tremendous job, and I would highly recommend them. Thank you again! Bill

Customer since 2003 with nothing but positive feedback for the service team at Daniels. Particularly impressed with a visit recently for an oil leak in our basement. The Daniels technician was kind, attentive, thorough, hard-working, skilled, and intelligent. He took his time to ensure that any part of our equipment that had been contaminated by oil was changed out and working properly. Furthermore, he was able to articulately explain this process, reasoning, and plan! Very satisfied.

Daniel’s team can on time put down drop cloths before bringing in the furnace. They were extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. They put the new furnace on then picked up everything and left the basement area nice and neat. They explained everything and we are very pleased with our experience with them.

Posting on behalf of my almost 90 year old mother. Daniels maintained her heating system for years and just installed a new, more efficient system. I appreciate the care they provided her 24 hours a day.

Daniels Energy has been our company since 2010. Recently they installed a new oil tank for us. Daniels was right on time and answered all of our questions completely. There were no issues or concerns at all. I have found Daniles to be honest, professional, thorough in their work, friendly and a company with integrity!
