Pequabuck Post office is the best. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I would not go anywhere else unless I have too.

I just don't understand this location, bunch of miserable trolls. Both women behind the counter are just sooooo unreasonably miserable all the time; not just 4 weeks before Christmas, to the point I hate having to come to this location for any reason. Especially when I get to the door and see the one with her standard RBF. This is a job where you knowingly and willingly work with the public, if doing that is to hard perhaps another job is in order. You don't have to give up the undeserved lifetime benefits, pension, and current great pay, go work in the back and sort mail or some other individual contributor role.

I have owned a home in Bristol for 5 years but am just now returning to the state after having been out West the past 4 years. So when I began having mail (particularly packages) sent to me at my Bristol address, it was being held for me at this post office downtown. It was a few days before Christmas, so the post office was super busy when I arrived to pick up my packages. I parked easily just outside on the street. Although the line was fairly long inside, since I was just picking up, I was helped right away by a friendly woman. She was shocked by the number of "sorry we missed you" papers I had, but she managed to get ALL of my packages for me (there were literally a dozen packages) and she put them all in a giant mail cart so that I wouldn't have to carry them. She let me take the cart out to my car to load everything into my trunk, and then return it. This was super helpful and efficient, and I really appreciate them quickly accommodating customers and understanding their needs. It was a nice welcome back to town!
