Everything was not working that day literally! But yet they were still charging the same! The place is so tiny and ugly. We walked right out! Not worth it! Rather go to Dave's and busters

Overall, this place has a ton of really fun things for kids of all ages to do, and I do recommend giving them a visit. My one big pet peeve is with the cleanliness. This definitely needs improvement. It's quite evident it needs to be vacuumed everywhere, and the playground has a lot of trash inside, including a spilled drink and food scraps. We were here at open so it obviously had been left overnight. The padding all around the facility I saw obvious drink and food stains that would likely easily be cleaned off.We will certainly give them another shot, but would certainly love to see improvement, and I'll be happy to upgrade my review accordingly.

Very nice place! But I had a bad experience, I do not recommend it for small children since there is no security.

Great for kids (all ages). There's so much to do... there's not a chance they'll be bored. Go-karts, bumper cars, VR, laser tag, ball pit, bowling, playgrounds, and trampolines galore. I had to deduct a star from this review, however, due to pricing. The costs are already crazy and CANNOT cary over to other locations, but now they are making changes such as raising the price for bring a friend (mondays). In addition to the cost of the membership, you have to account for concessions and arcade games as well. Again, it is a fun time for the kids, but it is also a very pricey one!

Honest review - I go with my 3 year old and she really loves it here. The place is huge and has a lot of things to do, but the cleanliness is always where I dock it a star. The playground always has trash in it and doesn't feel clean anymore (since when they opened). The foam cube pit smells like a dirty gym bag and could really use a cleaning and the cases over them (like others do), but that doesn't stop my daughter from wanting to play in it anyway. The go carts are probably the biggest rip off at $17.99 per person, even if you need to drive your toddler around. You get about 3-4 laps, so when you need to pay full price for two people, it's $10 per lap, which is wild. It's a deal if you buy the band to do them, but I don't like paying for myself when my daughter literally isn't allowed to ride herself ?♂️. This sounds like a negative review, but we like coming here when we can for a couple hours. We also like going right when they open on weekdays because it takes a little over an hour before it gets crowded, so I would recommend doing that if you can.

Complete madness!!! Started with getting our wrist bands and she seem miserable doing it, go in to a free for all with kids just going in anywhere, out the entrance in the exit absolutely no supervision. Employees not caring at all about what’s going on. My daughter was pushed off one of the rope course thing in the ball pit and hurt her back. It was a total free for all!!!

it was super fun most of the staff were great and friendly, wasn’t too busy for a weekend. there were mainly children but a few teenagers sprinkled here and there. watch out for the lady who was supervising the spin zone. kids had no respect and cut the line numerous times, when people in line spoke up the kids treated us as less. the lady working there did not care either, she let it happen. overall she did not supervise well or at all, it was just a mad house in that specific area since there were no rules laid out or discipline enforced despite an employee standing there and seeing everything. other than that go karting was definitely one of my favorite things to do and there’s a great variety if you get the platinum wristband

Over priced, most things closed. Waited in line for Go-Karts for ages to have them break down. Only went round twice. Not sure what age group this is for, far to big for tiny tots, but all my 4 boys were too tall for adventure ropes and climbing wall. No supervision, lots of line hopping from teenagers for the laser quest. Disappointed :(

I’ll write right away that this is a place for children from five years old. Even very young children, 2-3 years old, will be swept off their feet by older children, because no one is keeping order. But what upset me the most was the customer service. When we came in there was no one on the line, not even employees. We were there for the first time and went on to see what was inside. Naturally, my son immediately ran to explore, touch and play with everything. When we approached the girl in the hall to ask what we should do and where we could buy a bracelet, because we came in and didn’t pay, she started to panic: “how did we come in without paying!!!!” and we also go and have fun without a ticket. The manager immediately came running and started giving us a lecture so that we should collect our things and immediately pull our child out of the trampoline. And so that they pay first and then come in. We explain that we are ready to pay now and let the child continue playing. To which he went straight onto the trampoline and began to kick us out of there. It was very terrible. And if it weren’t for my child who liked it there, I would have left there that very minute. And she never returned there again. Therefore, parents, be prepared that the service there is terrible. And they will ruin your mood. And the staff who are in the hall do not monitor order and safety at all. They sit and fly in the clouds.

My kids had a great time. They had so much to do. Employee Isabella with the curls, was so wonderful. She went out of her way to make sure my kids had fun.

Too crowded, to have the kids do what they want to do you would need at least $50 each. And yes they do have some nice people working there
