Went there 2 times and 3 times will not be a charm....Sales girls are very nice and helpful but when you have a question to Renee who is not very friendly and can spot you're not going to spend tons of money, you get the look of you're below her...2 times! Never going back! Like the way Julia Roberts was looked at and treated by the salesgirl in Pretty Woman vibe....Not good ?

Renee always chooses items for her store carefully and knows what her customers like. I always like looking through the items and finding good bargains. The prices are very reasonable and I love the designer things as well as the less expensive. Everyone is always very helpful and pleasant and honest as to if the item suits you. I live in New York and always make sure when I’m in the area to stop … Having so many places to shop in New York I still think it’s worth the trip and try to come in once month.

Renee’s is an amazing and unique shopping experience and you can be sure to find some wonderful deals and beautiful designer treasures. The staff is so nice and helpful and they always find things that you would never find for yourself. You can’t go wrong because the prices are amazing and they always have new things in …….it is fantastic. Do yourself a favor and check it out.

Terrible treatment, apparently if you don't look the part of Milford they treat you with disrespect, the staff spoke to me as if I were stupid because I asked questions, looked at me like I was a gutter rat, I happened to arrive the day of the event when I asked what time it would start an employee looked at me with disdain and said rudely "why do you have somewhere to be?" Needless to say I was only in there for about 8 minutes before I decided that it was my first and last trip there.

Owner may have been having a rough day, but customer service over the phone was very rude and made me and my friends not want to shop there in the future. It costs nothing to be kind.

I'd give 10 stars if I could!Was recommended to try this store to find a cocktail dress for a wedding after having no success at any other stores in the area.This store had the BEST customer service I've prob ever experienced in my life. The owner came over and showed me exactly what area of the store I could find what I was looking for. She also pulled some dresses for me in my size and style as I was trying dresses on in the fitting room. And helped me choose a dress that was there most flattering on me. She also gave me some tips on where to find under garments that could help hide my mid section, where im pretty self conscious about right now.Ended up getting 2 dresses, one perfect for the occasion and another less formal that I liked too much to leave behind.Will def be coming back and recommending this store for both the great selection and amazing & friendly customer service.

Renee's is pathetic t she thinks she is a serious Boutique! I would never bring a thing there! She outs everything you show her! Oh , so sorry Calvin Klein etc. isn't good enough! She is ruthless! Don't trust her with your garments!she lies too! I only gave a star cuz I couldn't post without one! However she is a big fat zero!

I'm from out of state, and came across Renee's. OH MY GOSH, the saleswomen, Leonora and Heidi, were simply amazing. They were super attentive and helpful. They made me feel like I was their only customer. I ended up with a gorgeous silk outfit and gently used Louis Vuitton purse. I highly recommend Renee's. PS They even recharged my phone when it died.
