I recently purchased a DreamCloud mattress from Shahroz. The transaction went flawlessly and it was delivered for free to a Rhode Island address, which also included old mattress removal. The mattress didn’t end up working out and I ended up buying a Beautyrest instead. Once again I worked with Shahroz in having the DreamCloud removed and the Beautyrest delivered. He provided a full refund and great price on the replacement. Once again, a very smooth transaction and I highly recommend both Mattress Plus and Shahroz.

I had been mattress shopping and happened upon this store. I ended up purchasing my mattress here because they listened to my needs and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive bed, they found a perfect match for the mattress I liked in the $ amount I could afford. Not only did they find a mattress that I loved that fit into my budget, but then, around my work schedule, they found a way to deliver it quickly. I ordered a boxspring, and it was the wrong size (it was too tall and that was my fault), and they (again) jumped through hoops to come back and exchange my box spring for exactly what I needed at no extra charge. I am so floored by the AMAZING customer service at this store, that I now have business cards from this store in display in my office waiting room. I can’t say it enough - this is a fantastic place to buy a mattress. Don’t go anywhere else! Thank you!

I highly recommend this place. They are responsive to your needs, and have a large selection of high quality mattresses. The odds are if you need a new bed, you'll find what you're looking for here.

We were looking for a new mattress. Salesman let us look. No pressure. He answered all of our questions. We left the store with a purchase at a reasonable price. My friend was shopping with me and will return to make the same purchase in the near future for himself. I like that we did not feel pressured.

My husband and I had a great experience at Mattress Plus today! The salesman Shahroz was great! He was very knowledgeable and wasn’t pushy to sell you anything. They had a great selection of mattresses and great prices! I highly recommend Shahroz and Mattress plus!!!!

I don’t typically write reviews but the staff at Mattress Plus in Old Saybrook are one of a kind! I spent weeks looking to replace my current bed. Went through the motions of trying out beds, asking questions at other competitors, leaving, feeling overwhelmed with all the options and still achy after weeks of searching (old bed was the worst). When I walked into Mattress Plus, I didn’t have high hopes. But boy was I wrong. Hands down the best bed buying experience I’ve ever had! Alonzo made it super personal by asking me tailored questions, patient with me as I tried out the beds, and resourceful as he worked with Mubashar to create an unbeatable deal with same day delivery, no less!! If you’re in the market for a bed, look no further. They have a huge selection and the best customer service you’re going to find.

I purchased a seaquest a few years ago and I loved it, unfortunately it got ruined. Shahroz was understanding of what I was looking for. He showed me all the options they had, for what I was looking for. I decided on another seaquest. Delivery is today and I'm excited for my new bed. Thanks so so much for your help Shahroz.
