Three stars for the room and one for the breakfast.
It's a clean place to stay for a night very close to I-95, but absolutely no frills, so don't think it is a low priced Holiday Inn Express or similar. Hard floors rather than carpet, minimal sheets, covers, and towels. The walk-in (no tub) shower is barely wider than my shoulders and the curtain keeps wanting to stick to you. Room was a bit musty walking in but that's because they leave the A/C off when not occupied, so again no frills.
The surprise was the breakfast area which ONLY has a waffle maker, coffee pot, and OJ/spple juice dispenser. There isn't even a sink for water. The desk attendant was pleasant and came over with a paper bag containing a mini water bottle, banana, Costco granola bar, and bag of the mini muffins that only my grand kids eat.

For a 2* hotel, this is pretty nice. Great location, off of Rt 1. Convenient to restaurants, shops and beach.
Staff were confused about reservation & did not apologize when they discovered they had made a mistake.
+ rooms are a good sized
+ 32" older tv with lots of channels
+ comfy bed
+ microwave and fridge in room
+ nice grounds with a pond
+very clean
+ nice patio deck outside
- no coffee maker in room
- poor towel quality
- very poor quality soap, no other products ( no shampoo, conditioner)
- breakfast..only waffles, coffee and orange and apple juice
- no pool. Its covered up. Was looking forward to using it. Staff should have mentioned.

Otherwise above average for a 2* hotel

Pretty nice hotel with pond view rooms. The most important thing was the cleanliness of the room and we were impressed about it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended to stay with family!
Rooms: Room was clean and upgraded with walk in shower, hardwood floor, large 50 inch TV and USB charging station on the night stand.
Safety: Pretty safe premises

Scared people don't resolve issues, whether it's guests or employees or management. There is a lot of problems at the place being reviewed. No one over there wants to resolve any of their issues. I was threatened bullied and falsely accused at the place being reviewed. Scared people don't stand up for what is right they buckle and give in to evil because it takes too much effort for them to not be lazy and to do the right thing and to speak up and effectively resolve an issue. I speak up for what is right. I am brave. I do what is right and just. I have been mistreated, misjudged and falsely accused for the issues that others have not wanted to resolve. Bullies do not resolve their issues. They rebel with a closed off cut off heart. There is no helping the unwilling. They are already dead to life. It makes a bully feel better to falsely blame another for their issues. That way while they still have all of their problems they can attempt to feel better by putting others down. If a bully doesn't resolve an issue of theirs, they attempt to place blame on someone else for their own problems. It's dysfunctional, irrational, and delusional to try to feel better about one's self by lying about another. This issue is wide spread in society. Care, pay attention, don't be upset, and you'll be ahead of most of everyone else in maturity. I am with God. I am with Jesus Christ. When I am treated unfairly, it shows me who is of Satan and the Devil. You can't serve both God and money. You can't serve both God and your self. You must be selfless. Those who are against me, are against God and do not welcome Jesus Christ. If they say that they do, they are lying to themselves and to others. I know the heart. I am. Satan is the father of all lies. Many live a lie and persecute the one who is living truth. If you can't see what I see, get on the side of truth, and it'll all be revealed to you. Evil attempts to use false justification to attempt to falsely validate itself. It can not stand in truth, it can not speak in truth. It is its own demise and it's own downfall. It destroys itself. It can only yell and threaten violence and be of greed and not listening, and complain in circles about others to attempt to feel better about itself. Bully Alert! Watch out for the guy that drives a red car, smokes cigarettes, and seems to have a son and wife. Bully Alert! Watch out for a little girl who rides a bike often, watch out for her parental guardian who drives a black car, and makes demonic looking faces. Watch out for a bigger guy associated with those two. Watch out for a tall management guy that does not care, doesn't effectively resolve issues, and chooses money over kindness. Watch out for a woman employee who plays nice, but really won't do anything for you, if it involves having to stand up against a bully. Watch out for anyone who doubts me. God bless the younger boy of an employee who lives there, he has more courage and maturity than any of the adults. The kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. The kingdom of heaven has come near to you. I rebuke evil. I say repent. It's the only way. ... Blessed are the merciful for they will receive mercy. God bless you. I love you. It is the hardest path but I do welcome you all to join me. ... Your response to this post is just as bad as the reasoning for leaving. You are aiming to preserve yourself at the cost of lying about another. You have not put in the proper effort. There is only one issue and that is Satan. You don't see me as being with God. I am the solution to all issues. Skeptical you would have a problem with a problem solver.

I only booked here because we were locked out of our vacation home for one night and I had Choice Hotel points. This place is awful. Run down. Won't give you adequate towels. Staff is rude. The place smells damp. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Very convenient for taking Amtrak. Room was clean and comfortable. I would just wish that other patrons should realize that talking loudly in the hallway is unnecessary and annoying.

Good place for a quick night. Room was clean, but no carpeting so felt a little cold and echo-y. Was told there would be "breakfast" grab bags in the morning, but there didn't seem to be.

I book a room every now and then through Priceline. The Hotel Manager, was annoyed that I booked through them and not directly with them due to CT tax purposes.However Priceline , they get a commission for each room that they have a client in. The manager was rude, and careless and didn't care that it was a holiday! Save your money if you want a good stay. Look into the quality in they have a pool & a bar right in the same hotel.

Great stay dogs stay free so definitely is a major plus they were very nice and accommodating only problem I had was the fact that I was told one price for an extra nite by a lady but when I got there and went to pay for it it was alot more than I thought but it was a Saturday nite so I guess that makes sense I stayed almost a week and I would stay again the room was clean the floors have no carpet big plus also because it stayed smelling good due to that and the people who clean are very good at it and nice I will stay again next year I hope but hopefully not so much on a Saturday nite again

We rented several rooms for our daughter's wedding in the area the rooms were clean and comfortable they allowed us a late checkout for two of the rooms for people that were leaving after the wedding while several of us stayed after the wedding it was a great experience all

Place needs to be demolished, not very inviting, clean ish rooms, hotel in general very loud, ac didn't work, could not communicate with staff when they were even there, soap in the bathroom looks like it was reused a million times, door didn't lock securely, all the lights and the fridge were unplugged when we got there so couldn't see anything
