I took my Golden to Dawn today and she did a fabulous job! We are new to the area and I was looking for somewhere close to home to bring him. When I talked to her initially to inquire about an appointment she was so cheerful and answered my questions in a non-rushed way. I am thrilled with the way he turned out! I’m so glad I read these reviews because she really is that wonderful! We will definitely be going back to her for future grooming needs!!

Nice lady. Got the matts out of my long haired cat without trouble. Costs a lot less than paying the vet to do it.

Arrived for our appointment. Waited outside for about 20 minutes but Dawn, the groomer, never showed up. The business was locked and not open for the appt. Called her twice. 24 hours later we still haven't heard from this groomer.

Needed my cat groomed/bathed ASAP, called claws and paws and she was nice enough to take him right away, she did a great job even though he was a tough client! Highly recommend

Dropped my Shetland Sheepdog off today and she did a phenomenal job grooming my girl.I am very picky with my dog and everything I ask to be done was done.I give this place ten stars!! Excellent job and we will be going back!!

Not very professional!!! Did not show up for my appointment which I know she knew about because I showed up A day early and she told me my appointment was the next day. So I came back the next day store was closed I texted I called I waited 45 minutes she never showed or responded. Days later I finally drove there because she was not answering my calls and made another appointment. Brought my dog in she never even took a dollar off for my inconvenience or really seemed remorseful

Dawn is very professional, nice, and always does a fantastic job with our Cairn Terrier, Murphy. He always comes out looking show show quality. Very clean business. I give her 5 stars.

The Rem can be a handful. He is a large, nervous and very furry Golden Retriever and Dawn is great with him. He always comes out looking fantastic, highly recommend!

Brought our 4 year old Pom mix for her 1st ever grooming and couldn't be happier. Doodle felt very comfortable with the groomer right away and came out looking like the beautiful fluffernut that she is. They brought out the best in our girl, thank you!!
