LeFrancois Floral is definitely one of the highest quality Florists that I have ever used. Lisa is so pleasent and accommodating. I placed an order two days prior asking for a dozen yellow roses with purple Iris and they were just beautifully arranged with the perfect greenery. I was attending a pinning ceremony. The recipient loved them as well passer bys. Received so many compliments. LeFrancois Floral is definitely the perfect place e to shop. Thank you again. You are the best!

I was looking for a local florist near Mystic to send flowers to a friend and was so happy to find this florist. Sue was kind and helpful from start to finish. My friend had the same experience with receiving them. The florist called ahead to ensure someone would be there to accept delivery or if there was a covered porch area. Beautiful flowers and exceptional service all around.

Incredibly courteous florist. We made an error in ordering from Los Angeles, the intended recipient regretfully far outside of LeFrancois' delivery range. Joanne promptly called to let us know, and issued an immediate, and cheerful refund. We regretted not being able to follow through on the order but it was a pleasure to deal with someone so responsive, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend.

I ordered a 70.00 plant arrangement for a sympathy gift for my cousin. With the fees and delivery costs it was 91.00.I saw what was delivered yesterday and was shocked how small the arrangement was. Embarrassed too since it was from my sisters and I.So hard when you order online and the place does not follow thru with the size shown in the picture.

The most beautiful star gazer lilies and bouquet of all time. they smell wonderful and last a couple of weeks.....truly amazing. Very special florist with kind staff. A unique shop for getting gorgeous flowers whose memories and smells will last.

This review is long overdue, but work has slowed down enough for me to get the time to finally post this - as promised. This past October, I was in Connecticut working as the prop master on a film shoot for the Hallmark Channel. We were in our last week of the shoot - Sugar Plum Twist - and as with any film shoot, last minute requests are not uncommon. On this beautiful fall day of October 15th, one of those requests was for multiple long stem red roses. With only an hour to get these and after multiple failed attempts of reaching out to many local floral shops that morning, LeFrancois was the only store able to handle and make this very last minute request. These wonderful women worked their magic and were able to provide our order within the hour perfectly. Not only that, but the stems were already de-thorned and these roses were immaculate! I cannot thank these amazing ladies at LEFRANCOIS FLORAL & GIFTS! Beyond grateful! Unfortunately, the scene in this movie where the roses were to be used got cut at the very last minute for time. These beautiful roses were still put to great use, and the executive producers and writers passed them out to the cast and crew later that evening at our wrap party. Much love and thanks to this floral shop! Hope you enjoy Sugar Plum Twist. Sugar Plum Twist will air on the Hallmark Channel on Friday, December 17, at 8 p.m. Eastern.

If you're looking to have flowers delivered, look no further! I worked with Joanne which I have to say is, - I worked with - amazing. A Flower website cancelled my last order close to the end of the day in which it was to be delivered. I had to scramble and find a flower shop that was willing to deliver on such short notice. I called around and Joanne's service and understanding was second to none. This flower shop really pulled through for me and I highly recommend them.

My daughter got married last month and we used leFrancois for our florist. Joann and her team did a great job! The flowers were beautiful. They came and decorated the venue so beautiful. My daughter loved her bridal bouquet and the centerpieces were perfectly decorated. We are very pleased. Thank you for the great work
