My experience has been way beyond positive! I had to have the entire contents of a small condo stored - during a very stressful personal situation and while I had Covid!!! Everyone has been beyond helpful, kind, willing to work with me and always providing much needed cold water! And watching Kyle saw through a padlock with his welder’s mask was priceless! Couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Excellent storage facility, excellent team
We needed a place to store family belongings. The facilities are fantastic and team is really top notch. It made a process that could have been really hard as easy as possible. Could not recommend more if you're in need of storage in the CT area.

This has been very accommodating to us. The facilities are clean and temperature controlled. The staff is very nice and helpful. Westys does cost a little bit more than some other storage units, but it’s well worth it.

Westy Self Storage is unquestionably the most comfortable and clean storage facility you will find. I have been in several Westy locations and each one has been a pleasure to be in. You can't go wrong with Westy. Even the music in the lobby entrance is great!!

I used Westy storage for 12 years. whenever I went to check on my things, or get something out of storage, I remembered why I may have paid a little extra over the years.It’s clean, safe, friendly and helpful staff, and just an overall easier place to have your things.You can tell the facility has been planned out carefully, and the administrative processes are tuned; they really take the edge off of moving.Example; I lost my keys once or twice and it only took about 10 minutes to get someone (Cathy) to help me remove my lock. Probably saved my whole day. That’s the stuff that makes Westy different.Thanks to Cathy and the Westy staff!

Twice I've shown up at 5:45, twice the gates have been closed. Why are the hours posted as open till 6?
