Impossible to get what you want here, the employees will lie directly to your face about when products will be restocked. “Oh it’s on a pallet in the back, it’ll get put out tomorrow.” Complete and utter lies, this section of the store had been empty like this for several months.

Horrible. Dirty environment has nothing frozen or cold. If you have it, everything is dirty, open or broken. Poor quality of supermarket

I still don't understand why a zero rating isn't available. Ordered on line for curbside pick up. Order confirmed. Went there two hours later for the pick up window. Parked in the space. I looked up order for order #. I see that 2/3 items just got updated as "unavailable." Had to confirm another Walmart had the products I needed - an hour away.

Nobody seems to work there so no help to be had finding items. Website said item was in aisle M28, camping. Finally found someone working in kitchenware and he helped me locate what I needed. 2 camping chairs, that were in aisle G2, kitchen. ?

This particular Walmart is not my favorite. There is one further up in Norwalk, CT that I do like but this is a poor comparison. Let's start with the parking. Please make sure your life insurance is up to date as you surely run the rush of getting run over. If you make it into the store you will be overwhelmed with disappointment. Things are not well kept or looked after and the shelves and aisles are overcrowded. I will say that the employees are friendly and I truly feel sorry for them. If you need to get to a Walmart and this is your only choice, you will be fine. However, if you want to enjoy the experience keep driving.

It looks like it's not a Supercenter, but one of the coziest, cleanest, most comfortable Walmart I've visited recently.Separate words deserves the restroom. Clean, everything works, 3 booths, there are soap and wipes and air drying. And cleanliness. And silence…

Alright for necessities, but in a bad traffic area, there's the occasional low-lives hanging around it too so I wouldn't go at night. It's next to a grimy housing complex that's just behind KFC. The staff are not at all helpful, the customers are mostly pretty trashy, but you can get cheap jeans and laundry detergent so I guess that's worth 3 stars nowadays.

Love this store. They have everything you need! Even have things you don't think you need. Prices are good. Only drawback is self checkout not enough cashiers

Looking at my little $150 like it’s fake. lol please. Naw that’s your people that do international money schemes not me. Never have I had them act so dramatic looking at it up in the air. It was 100 two 20s and 10. They were obviously real. Anybody that knows money could tell that they were real and didn’t even need to look twice at that like there was nothing suspect about the bills they were already pretty used but noon and then they pass the glance test that they were real she was just being extra dramatic for that little one 50.

Standing in the electronics section, waiting over 30 minutes for someone with a key so I can buy a $6 iPhone screen protector. If you want to lock up everything to mitigate shrink/loss, you should staff your store. Pretty sure the entire purpose of this store is to make you not want to shop at Walmart. If the item you need isn’t locked up, you still most likely won’t get what you need because it will be sold out. This place is about as poor a shopping experience as you can image

My recent visit to the Walmart in Norwalk, CT can only be described as an absolute nightmare. This store, which is supposed to be a convenient one-stop-shop, turned out to be a dirty, disorganized, and utterly chaotic hell-hole.From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a sight that made me cringe. The store was disgustingly dirty, with debris and trash scattered all over the floors. It seemed like no one had bothered to clean in ages, as if cleanliness was a foreign concept to the staff. The state of disarray was simply unacceptable.Navigating through the store was a daunting task. The aisles were jam-packed with merchandise, haphazardly arranged with no clear organization. It felt like a scavenger hunt trying to locate the items I needed, as everything was randomly strewn about. The lack of organization not only wasted my time but also left me feeling frustrated and overwhelmed. To add insult to injury, the staff at this Walmart were completely unhelpful. It was as if they were trained to ignore customers rather than assist them. Whenever I approached an employee for assistance or asked a question, they responded with indifference and apathy. Their lack of knowledge about the products and the store layout was astounding. It was clear that customer service was the last thing on their minds. The overall atmosphere of the store was abysmal. The lighting was dim, making it difficult to see product labels and price tags. The air felt stuffy and stale, as if the ventilation system was non-existent. It was not a pleasant shopping environment by any means. My experience at the Walmart in Norwalk, CT was a complete disaster. This store failed on every level--cleanliness, organization, and customer service. It is unfortunate that a retail giant like Walmart would allow one of its locations to become such a nightmare for shoppers. If you value your time, sanity, and overall shopping experience, I strongly urge you to avoid this Walmart. Seek out alternative stores that prioritize cleanliness, organization, and customer satisfaction. It's a shame that this particular location has become a symbol of inefficiency and negligence.

This Walmart is usually stacked with whatever you may Need! More often than not, you are going to walk out with Most Items Needed! The store is pretty spacious and never overcrowded even on weekends!

I love Walmart. But this one is small, service is average by Walmart standards. The lady at returns was nice, but had no name tag to call her out. And NO BAGS. Never ever seen a retailer with ZERO BAGS.
