my husband and i have been going to the rite aid in norwalk for over 10 years now . the staff over there are fabulous from the technician to the pharmacist. All the pharmacists at rite aid in norwalk are fabulous and always willing to help . specifically one pharmacist his first name is ted is so wonderful to work with . he never takes no for an answer and always get the problem resolve and out the door with prescription in hand . with the newly store manager the store is in the right track . the store look amazing

I live in Norwalk and uses rite aid on East ave , today I went to recycle water bottles. A staff directed me a young store associate who never come reason he is busy with other customers . While I was still waiting . Other staff came in to help me . And end up shopping buying more items due to the polite manner of the other employee. She was nice and very passionate about her job . This is the kind of people you need to hire in your store . Again thank Dayana for your help . Really appreciate it .

I am in love with the rewards and the short time it takes to fill the rewards needed to actually collect something from it. I have over 16,000 points so far from last week. That's about 16 dollars. Kits amazing that the store gives back

Underrated, was greeted and helped. Completely different experience from the nearby CVS and Walgreens. Best place for passport photos and much cheaper than other places, only $8.99!! Very satisfied.

Was my go to pharmacy for many years. Today I switched back to CVS, after so many horrible experiences over the last few months with Rite Aid I’ve lost count. Pharmacist was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not trust them to fill a vitamin prescription anymore. Sad.

This place is not as good as it was a year ago. They barely have anything you need- Also, do NOT buy the ice cream, its all freezer burnt and old- they let the ice cream melt then it re-freezes- STAY AWAY

Terrible experience with the norwalk store! stopped in for a bottle of peroxide. Asked the associates what isle I could find that and they both looked at me like I was asking for a foreign item. The female associate asked me if it was something for my stomach that I needed to drink!!! I said "no I just need regular peroxide" both associates on duty did not know what I was asking for and could not point me in the direction it could be located. I then said i'll look for it myself and they both said "ok" and offered no further help. I called this afternoon to speak to a manager and after being on hold for 10 minutes the manager "catalina" picks up and immediately tells me I have to hold again because she has a customer, as if I am not a customer. Terrible customer service.

Is there a place close to my house where I get all my pharmaceutical supplies and medication. The staff is very helpful and on the spot as soon as you walk through the door asking you what are looking for and can they help you. Appreciate that even though I know where almost everything is myself it's good to see a helpful staff I like to thank him for all the help you have given me in the pass.

Great place for vaccinations. I get my flu shot every year and other vaccinations too. They are so experienced, you barely feel it. Well-run. You can get text alert when your scrip is ready to pick up.

Stopped in for a bottle of glass cleaner, which they did not have. I walked around the store and noticed a lot of empty and near empty shelves. The store was very understocked.
