Richard was amazing at helping us find the perfect mattress for my handicap client. He is so knowledgeable on the products. He helped her with kindness compassion and patience to find the mattress that made her the most comfortable. He enlisted the help of Gerry G to move one mattress to a different base to get the height right for her to be able to safely get on and off to try the mattress. We left with the perfect fit right down to the perfect pillow to compliment the mattress. Very happy with the product but even happier with the people. Richard and Gerry G are awesome!

I went in yesterday DREADING purchasing a mattress. It was a nice day out and I really didn't want to visit a mattress store. I walked in to a clean, cool store where Gerry G and Richard gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received (and I'm a super tough critic with very high expectations!) I'm so glad I didn't order on online! The service I received was top notch. Thank you both, can't wait to see it on Thursday when it gets delivered.

The salesmen are helpful. The 120 day exchange policy isn’t what it seems and wasn’t explained fully the first time. Understand the policy before buying.

Gerry G was amazing! My husband and I have been furniture and mattress shopping for a few weeks and have gotten tired of pushy sales people that can’t even tell us details on the product.
