I shop there for 15 years or moreToday I got a new blade I need to exchange and they never found me in their sistem. Manager was not there and they are they’re blades new so unfortunately they told me not I cannot exchange because u r not hereIs their blade I got there two months ago new They are always like this terrible customer services

I went to cosmoprof today in Norwalk! I have to say the two women at the front were absolutely friendly, professional and a pleasure to deal with! I actually had fun because they are doing $20, $20, $10 mystery bags!!!! It was just what I needed to day to put a smile on my face and had a little fun anticipating what I got!!!!!! I just really enjoyed my experience! Thank you both for brightening my day! By the way I live in Monroe, CT anytime I have the time I like to go to the women at cosmoprof! Stay safe and stay healthy! I might come back for another goodie bags because my bag was more than work it. It's all great stuff! Margie!

I live inBrookfield and do most of my shopping at Cosmoprof there. I recently ordered a product from that store and after 6 weeks of excuses, never arrived. I called the store in Norwalk and they could not have been nicer on the phone. They stated they would order my product and have it by the next week. Sure enough, one week later and they called me to say my product had arrived. I went to the store today and it was so clean and organized, and the woman that was working was very friendly and happy to accommodate. I would highly recommend this store, they really went the extra mile for me when my hometown store didn't. Especially being a first time customer there. Great first impression!!

Great place for suggestions, girls are friendly and knowledgeable of their products, quick in and out. But make sure you are a beauty professional or you won't be able to purchase anything ONLY FOR COSMETOLOGY PROFESSIONALS.
