I'm so happy we found Climate Care. Dave and his team are responsive and do what they say they're going to do. Our furnace needs to be replaced. Dave provided 3 choices of pricing. Replacing the whole unit is not in our budget right now even though I feel the pricing is fair. Dave called around to find a part to repair our unit which I so appreciate. Dave also did the repair himself on a Saturday. I highly recommend Climate Care. We will definitely use them when we're ready to replace the unit.

Climate Care has been a terrific upgrade from the other HVAC companies I’ve tried, which either have been incompetent, or just pushing service contracts by phone. I called Climate Care for an evaluation, they inspected my system, walked me through their process, showed me results, suggested a course of action, followed through and followed up. Installers Brian and Jeff were diligent, careful, and communicative. Very happy with the results.

Dave is a pleasure to work with. He and his staff are attentive, informative, and do their best to make sure I understood all the options and costs so I could make the proper decisions.
Here is my story - I'll try to make it brief:
At the beginning of the summer right before that June '24 heatwave, we learned that 2 of 3 central air units weren't working (both over 20yrs old). Dave had his crew member to the house in a day to assess the situation. In both cases we were on the precipice of two options: 1) replace the unit or 2) cross our fingers and try a repair ---we're talking $10's of thousands difference -- we opted for the repairs.
- Unit #1 had at least one leak that he was able to fix within a few days...with the intent of getting us through the coming heatwave and waiting to see how things respond before embarking on a possible larger/more expensive leak analysis.
- Unit #2 had a broken fan motor that needed a special order from 'Trane.' Unfortunately, Dave was handcuffed by a backlog of parts - thankfully, he made the first fix to Unit#1 just in time for that heatwave and with some fans in the house, we had no problems. Over the next 4 weeks, the Unit#2 fan motor kept getting delayed. During this time, Dave was attentive and kept us informed (Lack of communication drives me crazy, so it was a pleasure to know I could simply text Dave with any questions/update requests and get answers within a day or two.). Finally the fan motor came in over the 4th of July weekend and Dave picked it up himself and installed it on his day off Friday 5th to ensure that we were up and running (nice customer service - he showed that he cares about his customers).
- Unfortunately, during that month of waiting for the fan motor, Unit#1 seemed to crap out again - must be more leaks - Dave came over to re-assess - knowing we wanted to stay low cost, he made some adjustments, added more freon in hopes he gets us through the summer - so far so good as we end July'24.
Thanks to Climate Care, it looks like we will make it through the summer and have the winter to save up for the inevitable need for at least one if not 3 new systems over the next few years. And when we do, you can be sure we will be working with Dave & Climate Care!

Dave first installed our Mitsubishi ductless in 2018. In what seems to be a freak event, the board and reversal valve packed in. Dave found the original paperwork, and he was all ready to reinstall the replacement parts Mitsubishi sent. He then worked out that we would save money if we just bought a best-priced new unit, and get the full warranty. It works like a charm now, and we are very grateful for Dave's professionalism.

Scenario.... it is 10 pm, you lose AC and the next 3 days will be a heat wave. You have 2 bunnies, 2 cats, a dog and a 6 month old baby......... what do you do? Call Climate Care for an emergency assessment. At 0815 a marvelous man named Dave pulled into our driveway to save the day like a superhero. He got our AC fixed and restored the calm in my house. In all seriousness, a great company, 24 hour operator answers your calls and they were able to get someone to my house really fast! Enjoy!

I can't recommend the team at Climate Care enough! I started using their services last year when I first moved into my house and from the beginning they were great to work with - great communication, prompt service, very nice and experienced techs who have always explained each job to me very clearly so that I understood what was happening. I had an emergency just 2 days ago as I was preparing my house for summer renters. The AC suddenly stopped working and Climate Care was out to see me within a day. Kevin ran some tests and checked everything in the system, determined there was a leak and proceeded to take steps to locate that, which proved difficult. I was in a panic as I have people checking in in 2 days and both he and Megan at the office followed up with me multiple times during the day to let me know that they would do everything they can to help me. Less than 24 hours after that, Kevin was back at the house with Dave checking again for the source of the leaks and found it - it turned out to be the pipe inside the wall that was punctured by a nail from exterior carpentry work I had done. They then went above and beyond to fit me into their schedule for an emergency repair and Luis and Brian, 2 other great techs, were at my house at 9am this morning to add a new line. It is now 1pm and the system is working like brand new! I am so thankful for their work and really, they are such a nice team of talented and caring people - I can't recommend them enough!

One of my compressors was acting up and was hoping to get a HVAC specialist over sooner rather than later. Getting one of the bigger service providers in the area to come out in a timely manner is never easy, esp in June, so I reached out to CC. That same day, Dave reached out to me and scheduled to come out the next day. Happy enough with the service that I locked in a annual service contract for my system. Highly recommend!

Dave and his team are great! They are easy to communicate with, and their technicians are knowledgeable and take their time to explain the work being performed (prior to starting the work!). Their prices are competitive, and would recommend.

Dave and the Climate Care team took extra steps to save us money. We called in with 2 different HVAC issues weeks apart. The first time, Dave reviewed a video I shared and walked me through diagnosing the issue - savings us a service call. Weeks later, it seemed like our exhaust pump was no good and we needed to run new tubing. As first time homeowners, we're still learning the ropes. Dave could have easily performed extra work to run up a bill but he spent extra time assessing the current equipment and finding a solid solution that didn't require replacements. This extra diligence saved us money and got us back online.
