I made a reservation and paid 8 days in advance, and they called me two hours before my pickup window to say they "had no cars". When I called customer service, they tried to upsell me (charge me more) for pickup at another location. Terrible, enraging experience, never booking with Budget (or Avis) again .

I had picked up a car at JFK and it had a problem. This location at the Doubletree helped me get into a different car in a speedy and professional way. The service was excellent

Gelangweilt und faul...mehr kann ich zum Personal nicht sagen. Wí¼rde schon helfen die Zähne beim Sprechen zu í¶ffnen. Sehr gleichgí¼ltig gegení¼ber den Kunden, wenigstens hat alles geklappt und es Dauer alles nicht lang. Die Mitarbeiter sehen sich die Autos nicht an. Weder beim anmieten noch zurí¼ckbringen.
