Over 75 years family owned and family run to date. Owners and their sons are always on premises. The sales staff is knowledgeable in all appliances and are encouraged to go to training seasons. Their warehouse staff and delivery teams are fast effective and always meet the client's with smiles amd well wishes. Overall amazing family oriented business who treats their employees as well as the clients as they would their own family.

Went in to purchase over $10K worth of appliances for one of my multi-family homes and Benny was amazing! We needed a mix of entry level and high end appliances for our rentals and our own homes, Benny knew how to navigate alternatives and what to suggest for rentals vs. our own unit. I was planning on going to several stores to price shop and compare but decided to stay with Benny because he price match and provided such valuable service and advice. I wish I had people like Benny working for me, would hire him ASAP. Thank you, Benny. Make sure you work with him if you go in for some appliances!

Having spent over $30,000 on appliances at Aitoro, we feel that our concerns should be treated promptly and with integrity. We were sold the wrong vent for our 48” Wolf range. A service technician from Anytime Appliance, Wolf Appliances and VentaHood all agree on that-we have the documentation. Aitoro agreed to reimburse us for the wrong hood, but have refused to reimburse us for the carpentry work required to install the new hood ($1,700.00) as well as the service call which determined it was the wrong hood ($283.98). We have sent numerous emails, left voicemails, gone to speak with them in person…they will not respond. Having read these reviews, I see this is a pattern with Aitoro. Our contractor agrees when we say “look elsewhere.”

My sales manager, Ron, worked with me was very professional, helpful and affable. He understood my requirements and could provide technical knowledge of all the kitchen and laundry appliances I wanted to purchase. He helped me select and order the appliances and worked with me to schedule delivery close to the date I needed it. It all went very smoothly and I am hiring them to do the install too.

I have been using Aitoro Appliances for well over 20 years.We trust them and their Prices are very competitive. They are able to get my appliances quickly and installedI have most recently replaced a refrigerator as well as my washer and dryer. Jason the sales rep goes above and beyond and we are very appreciative of his good work.

Careless effort, bad customer service and weak product knowledge even by the manager. At the end they don’t care one bit about your happiness. Pay them and they are done. Shop somewhere else. Many other great stores out there. I give it zero stars. One would be generous.

After my stove went MIA, the folks at Aitoro stepped up to the plate and definitely delivered on the kind of customer service I expected. While the delayed delivery wasn’t expected until the week of 5/13, my sale manager somehow got me the exact Monogram model I ordered two weeks earlier. In fact my ordered stove came so much quicker than expected, I never even bothered to hook up the loaner stove they delivered in the interim. So kudos to everyone from the sales people to the warehouse folks to the delivery guys. A great experience.

After starting with other companies, I decided to transition and work with Tiania at Aitoros to procure everything for our outdoor kitchen project including cabinets, appliances, and other accessories needed for the project. They also helped me in the design process for the overall kitchen look. Service was responsive, helpful, and they worked with me on the timing of delivery to dovetail with the start of the work. Highly recommended.

Ice maker purchased and installed (never correctly) in 12/22-numerous visits since then and Aitoro now claims no liability for ice maker never working !! Don’t buy a thing from them-thieves !!

After several very positive experiences over the years (new vented hood, dishwasher, drier), no such luck this time. Called on an early Friday afternoon when our main kitchen fridge completely (and presumably irreparably) failed after 18 years. Giving the dimensions of the opening available for a counter depth fridge and discussing the various "in stock"/"quick ship" options over the phone, we eventually settled on an "in stock" model that we were assured that while "open box" and on the floor, was merely an "incorrect order" for someone else and "100% new and OK." On a bright note, said "new" fridge was delivered during the window promised next day; however, it showed up with a completely filthy freezer section, with a non-functioning ice maker, and sizeable dents in the freezer as well as top right door. Calling Aitoro upon delivery, we were convinced to keep the unit (granted, we also badly needed a fridge, period) and that the manufacturer would take care of all the required work in an expedient fashion (new doors, ice maker check up). So far, all "manageable." However, dealing with the manufacturer proved to be quite time consuming and frustrating, including at one point being asked to be available from 8 am to 5 pm (on the second appointment)--far too long a window for a service visit (we ultimately, with more calls but little help from Aitoro, were able to narrow the timeline down to a 3 hr window). Voicing our dissatisfaction to the Aitoro customer care team and ownership, we were promised another small (but arguably fair) discount for our time/effort. Ironically, nearly three weeks after the promised credit that "might take up to 7 days," we're STILL waiting for said credit to materialize on the Amex card used. Called a week ago (for the third time) and were assured the credit had been issued, and we should see it (this past) week. As of today, with a yet to be returned call after leaving another message this am, NOTHING..... Fortunately, the fridge now has new doors and is otherwise functioning properly, yet with FAR too much effort on our part for what was supposed to be a new, plug and play appliance. And as for the promised credit, our only recourse might be American Express, sadly. NET, net: time to find another local, family owned appliance source that actually cares and follows through...

Horrible service. They sold me 5 appliances and 2 were wrong models and the last one was not working properly and the worst part is they don't want to take it back. Stay away from this place.
