This place was terrible when I brought my dog in after he ate pillow stuffing. As he was falling over and drooling on the floor they told me someone would be out shortly. An hour later and three people being seen that arrived after me when I asked when someone would be taking a look at my dog they said maybe 8-10 hours. As if my dog falling over and unable to hold his head up was less of an emergency than two dogs that were jumping and playing with each other. Staff does not listen to anything you say and completely dismissive of you. I will drive hours to go elsewhere before going here ever again

I took my fur baby to this place not trusting to many of the vets out there . The young lady at the front desk with tattoos, I believe her name was Megan. She did such a great job answering my questions and calming not only me down but also my dog! He's not around other people much so he's anxious. Something about her reassured him I guess because he went right with her. She went above and beyond to make me feel better and comfortable. I knew I made the right choice 2 minutes into our interaction. Just wanted to say ty to her for going above and beyond her job description!

Dr. Wells and his team have gone above and beyond for our fur babies over the years. We have been going to North Haven Animal Hospital for over 8 years. They know and greet my pups as they come in the door, putting them at ease. We can't be grateful enough for the love and care they show to our most treasured family members.

Amazing neurological specialist...I don't recall his name? And the staff was outstanding..very sensitive at a difficult moment of putting our beloved dog Vice to rest.

We've been bringing our pets (cats and Dachshunds) to No. Haven for many, many years. Cannot ask for better and more compassionate care than that provided by Drs. Wells and Jolles. Not to mention, they have great bedside manners!

I cannot thank this veterinarian hospital enough for the outstanding care they provided to my rabbit and cat. From the moment I walked in, I knew my pets were in good hands. The staff showed such compassion and expertise in handling both my rabbit and cat, ensuring they received the best possible treatment. The veterinarians were knowledgeable, patient, and clearly dedicated to the well-being of our furry friends. The facility was well-maintained, clean, and had a soothing atmosphere. I called with a question recently because my regular vet was closed for the holidays and the associate who answered was so kind and thorough. He was patient and really took the time to listen to me and provide me with advice.I had one other experience here when I had to say goodbye to my beloved 18 year old cat. The staff was extremely kind and made what was one of the worst days of my life as painless as possible and met me with compassion.No matter the circumstance, the staff here are top notch.
