1 star is being too nice. They do not cater to retail and they take up space in a small town. Only commercial? This is what's wrong with America.

Totally unhelpful. OK - power was out In the store (though there was no way for me to know that before I drove all the way out there - good job keeping customer informed on the website). Even though there were 2 employees there and I had an order already paid for, they couldn’t find a way to process the order. Maybe a call to corporate, or someone who could actually run it on a computer? Nope - they couldn’t come up with any way to help me. Why do we pay premium prices if we don’t get any service to go along with it?

They have everything you could need, only downfall is that they're very pricey.
