Indoors gun range located in Newington, as a resident you couldn't ask for better. Great range staff. I will make this a place added on my visited multiple times list.

I'm active duty military on leave & was looking to get some practice in because my job literally requires it so I don't become complacent. The customer service was kind of slow. I said I had never been here before. Guy working pointed me around the corner to a broom closet. I won't be back! I wouldn't recommend this place to females in law enforcement or military women.

I worked with Luis Montero multiple times in the last two weeks. I have had nothing but positive things to say about him and his customer accommodation.
There was a snag that had come up at one point with one of my transactions and he went above and beyond not only making calls to the state on my behalf but also offering to come in on a day of which he was not scheduled to help to rectify the situation.
He represents this business well and also helped me to figure out a separate issue with my 1911 that I could not figure out.
With his expertise on many areas of firearms and his attempts to go above and beyond I could recommend working with him to anyone.

Brought aPaparazzi trap gun there to be appraised,I know it was worth $3,000.They told me it was worth $800.What an insult,,,Never shop at that place again

where do i start?...Okay so i stop at hoffmans gun center to purchase a small caliber handgun for the wife for our anniversary. Was told that it is ok to make a purchase in my name then she can come in and pay 50 bucks to have it transferred in her name. after an hour or so of choosing and getting ready to start the paperwork i was told by the salesman and manager that i am not able to make a purchase after having a ccl for over 20yrs with their rule or protocol that allows purchases with the option to transfer for a 50 dollar charge. For god sakes man its a mostly pink firearm that wouldve been a beautiful anniversary gift. If the price tag isnt price high enough they really do look down on their customers. These days everyone is on a fixed budget and cant afford to spend a whole hell of alot...SAD

Have bought two pistols from Hoffman's. Both experiences have been great. Wish I could remember the names of the associate's to give them full credit. Heading there in a couple of days for the Labor Day sale. Shotgun and rifle. Worth the hour drive.

Never again. I went there to get advice and all I got was an attitude. I’ll take my business elsewhere. I’ve had a permit for 35 years, I know gun law, yet I was spoken to like a 12 year old kid trying to buy a case of beer. I was simply asking a question. I wasn’t there to buy anything nor will I ever from these arrogant jerks. Tell a friend…I certainly will.

Just had a great time getting a gun here. Most gun stores have banker hours. Hoffmans is open on Sunday, my one day off. They also have their selection online which got me up there. I walked in and pulled a number. They have a nice number system for orderly service.
They gave each customer infront of me the time and attention needed, so a little wait was fine. I walked around and looked at other products, which they have a large selection of all things gun.
Dillinger helped me and he was great. He answered my questions on the particular gun and helped me check out in a timely manner. He also answered a few follow up questions for optics and accessories. The paperwork went quickly and I walked out with my new gun! No stress, good time.

Went there this week and felt real comfortable the guys were great helping me looking for what i wanted .
