I bought a Ram 2500 truck and returned it 3 times to resolve the noise. I'm leaving here with the same problem ?♂️ They don't have qualified mechanics for the Ram brand. I'm disappointed.

Wetmore’s Jeep
New customer experience review.
First oil change.
On July 18th, 2024 I had a 1pm appointment for an oil change at Wetmore’s. I decided to drop it off early so I can go to Phys-Ed gym and work out. Due to the extreme heat I inquired if I could be dropped off at the gym. I immediately reiterated that if it was a problem, not to worry about it. An employee immediately drove me to Phys-Ed.
At approximately 1:10pm, I received a text message that my oil change was done!!! I was very pleasantly impressed that it was done early based on all my previous experiences elsewhere.
As a new customer and very satisfied Jeep owner, I am glad that I purchased my Jeep at Wetmores.
I was in need of a new vehicle and Jonathan Morales was my sales representative. Everything went very smoothly and Jonathon did a great job. When Jonathon was off, Jose Batista followed up on my questions.
So from Sales to Service, I had experienced welcoming professional service.
I am deeply impressed with my overall experience with Wetmores. Please thank the serviceman for dropping my off at Phys-Ed. Please also thank Jonathon for the great stress free experience during the purchasing process.

I recently purchased a JGC from Jonathon who made it an easy, stress free experience. From the second we met he was patient and very helpful. There were a couple of small issues with the car and he, without pause or question, quickly resolved them. Unlike some car salesman, Jonathon was not pushy, he was happy to answer any questions and explain the car to me. I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car.

It was such a pleasure working with Wetmore Service Department. Tyler was amazing! I didn’t purchase the vehicle from them and that didn’t matter! Tyler took my vehicle (towed in on flatbed) immediately, diagnosed and repaired it in 2 days! Two other dealerships closer said it would probably take a week/week and a half to even look at the vehicle.
So Thank You to Tyler and Alex for getting me back on the road! I highly recommend them to all.

I can see that jeep Dodge Ram are very good vehicles. Everyone would like to buy one. They are like a seasonal vehicle. They are good for the winter and they're good for the other seasons or climates. Jeeps on the whole are very strong vehicles. Hope they perform the work they are made to do

So I am not one to waste time to write reviews but after this experience I find it necessary. So with the release of the last call Demon 170 called this dealership which knew nothing about it and had to wait for a return call. So after return call was told I could order and allocation was mine at which point I left the required deposit and was told price would be 25k over Msrp. Ok can live with that knowing the demand. Even though Dodge Ceo said anyone being charged over msrp would get pushed back to end of list for build. Take chances i guess what choice do I have if cant get at msrp. Thinking my order was secured and not wasting any other time try to find another dealership I went on with my day Ask for email with confirmation of receipt and something stating 25k over was agreed upon which I did recieve. Only to be called next morning by my guess is a greedy owner now wanting 100k over Msrp. Ok no thank you and bad business. Will be more than happy to give my money to a business with ethics. So now a day wasted and probably lost out on getting one now. Will be pursuing action on pure principle. Wait til dealership and buyer has to sign Dodge disclosure before order with 100k over msrp
