I don't see how this store is still open staff is rude when you ask them a question can never pick my meds up whenever I go there pharmacy is always closed place has a weird smell in it when you walk in I'm definitely gonna take my business somewhere else an will tell friends an family not to go there this Walgreens needs to close

Terrible customer service and manager straight up lied about my visa gift card which is missing 4 numbers. So I called visa which had no luck because they need the card number. Well guess what? Same manager who sold me the broke card told me when I called about it that I could return it to the store. When I got there the old lady at the register said I couldn’t. So I asked for the manager which of course was the girl who sold it. She refused to help was very rude and then took my receipt into some back room and came back and said she got through on the same number but they will just replace the card in a day or two. Well guess what? She lied again! There was no option for this and when the finally got through to customer service at visa and told them of the situation, I now must take pictures of my receipt, the card, my id, and other packaging of the visa gift card and they will need to be both sides and faxed or emailed to some random email and ALSO it will take 30-60 business day. Yea, shout out to the worst manager of the year @ Grace.P.S. I am escalating this to cooperate to file complaints against the two employees who were rude and lied both on the phone and in person.

Pharmacy staff is seriously the most unprofessional individuals I ever met. Do not fill your prescriptions here they got unprofessional attitudes. Manager death stares at you and is not right mentally.

Had an appointment for a flu shot and Just spent over an hour waiting! Checked in and were completely forgotten about! When we went to the counter no one apologized or acknowledged our wait! Then to top it off they didn't realize they don't carry the shot I needed! Still no apology and no shot! Ugh!

Walgreens was in good shape towards stocking up.They have a lot of nice items . Some cheap, cheaper, expensive, and I think I was surprised to see that. Don't know if they change. Their environment was clean as well. Parking spot available also I see drive through.

Will no longer shop or fill prescriptions here as contraceptive products may not be sold at the discretion of the staff. Will be going to CVS in the future!

This place is a joke. Pharmacy is only open 10:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday. That is useless. So I transferred my prescriptions to Walmart across the street and Walgreens screwed that up too. They only transferred one of my two prescriptions. Do New Milford a favor and close this location.

Definitely the worse pharmacy ever! The pharmacist staffs servicing you there are awful, seems like the laziest kind of people you ever met.. They can’t seem to fills prescription on a timely manner.

The most unprofessional group of people at the registers. Really disappointed especially in the uneducated manager (maybe manager? When I asked for one, she answered), who was extremely rude. She also had her mask below her chin, coughing while I held my infant. Drive the distance to go to a different Walgreens.

This is the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. 6 people behind the counter, nothing seems to be getting done. Theres a group of 20+ waiting around for prescriptions and vaccines, some of come back several times over the past few days.
Terrible!
