10 stars if I could! On a roadtrip, on the hottest day of the year, the AC on my 10 year-old BMW wagon cut out. It was a dangerous situation. I pulled into Auto Technic by chance, after 2 places on Google maps were closed. Rob correctly diagnosed the problem in less than 5 minutes and fixed my car in 30. He got me back on the road safely, quickly, and even at a very fair price when he could've charged me anything under the circumstances. One week & 1k miles later, my car is still working great -- roadtrip saved. Thank you, Rob!

Brought my '18 Volvo in for a check engine light. They diagnosed the issue for free and got the repair done quickly and at far less expense than the dealer. They were also willing to drop off my car at my house after work was completed.

Great service! They took care of a problem with my BMW x5 diesel emission after spending time and frustration with Ridgefield BMW dealer. They have qualified mechanics. I highly recommend them!

I had a great first experience coming here. Located one plaza south of Big Y in New Milford on Route 7. My wife needed her BMW service and instead of driving to the dealer to sit for three hours for an oil change change, I tried Auto Technic based on a recommendation. Very fair pricing. A family member who is a mechanic told me it was cheap for the price I paid.Rob was very friendly and easy to deal with. The car was ready the time he promised. They specialize in foreign vehicles and also have some used cars for sale. Instead of going to BMW and get ripped off, try Auto Technic.

ONE star is asking for too much... I wish I read other reviews on here before going to this place. I went to purchase a mini truck since this place ALWAYS has a fleet.We spoke to one of the mechanic before and he seemed like a very nice guy. The owner though, Rob, had promised me a painted mini truck that's supposed to be all done up with plow install and all.. I went to him about it in NOVEMBER 2022.... At the time, he told me the truck would be finished in the following week...Now DRAGGED across FOUR MONTHS with barely any communications from him! It's constant excuses like: it's almost done, 99% there, etc. He JUST told me it was sold to someone who just walked up and took it. Did not inform me in any way... If I hadn't texted him, he probably would have NEVER told me. AFTER FOUR MONTHS of me constantly chasing him down for an answer... PATIENTLY waiting... On top of that! ZERO remorse, no apologies, sorry's, NOTHING! instead he gave me a nasty "Ugh" and that he can make another one like it. No thanks Rob, hopefully your "Ugh's" can pay your employees. NEVER do business with this place. I also read other reviews claiming that the owner is a sleezy, greasy car salesman - couldn't have phrased that any better.Sad to say we're BEYOND disappointed... Luckily snow hasn't been bad this season but imagine waiting 4 months for the truck so we can plow with it to then find out we have NOTHING and with a snow storm coming soon too.

I just bought an older BMW from them. The process was flawless and Kenny S. and his colleagues made the transaction painless with an extraordinary level of service. I highly recommend them and they'll likely be the first place I go next time I'm in the market.

I found Auto Technic online because they had a 1984 VW Rabbit for sale. I live in VA. From our first phone call Kenny was amazingly professional, informed me of every single issue the car currently had, and even offered to cut a few hours off my trip by meeting me in NJ so I could pick up the car. He also sent me over a dozen photos of the car I requested (wheel wells, underbody, etc.). Even the guys that met me for the car drop off were great. Great guy, great company. They deserve your business.
