Great experience at Colonial Cadillac! The entire staff was friendly and welcoming, never pushy. I had the pleasure of dealing with Bob Patt, just wonderful! “What ever you want to do” was Bob favorite response to me. Truly a great experience. Bob has a wonderful sense of humor, he had me laughing through the whole process. Thank you Evan Douglas, for helping me through the sales process.
I dreaded the process of buying a new car due to my past experience, so happy I found Bob and Colonial Cadillac changed my mindset completely!

Tim in service is the best! My father and I own a local dealership and we needed help on a Caddy that we took in trade. Tim got us right in and got the work done quickly. Other Caddy dealerships in the area didnt even pick up the phone! Highly recommend them

Went in for my first complementary service (oil change and tire rotation). Personnel at the service desk were pleasant and professional. You can see that they pride themselves in meeting customer expectation.
