My uncle was in the care of Mary Wade for the last two years of his life and the quality of care and dedication of the staff was exceptional.
Located on 6 acres in New Haven, Mary Wade's skilled nursing center offers long term care, short term rehabilitation, dementia care, transportation, respite, assisted living, adult day center and hospice services. Each specialty area is dedicated to providing state-of-the-art clinical interventions which include comprehensive pain management, protocols to prevent re-hospitalizations, specialized nutrition programs, treatment plans to assist in recovery from fractures and stroke and management of diabetic issues.
