Jerri, your attitude and the tone of your voice over the phone sounds unwelcoming. Your customer/patient communication relationship skill stinks. You should let me finish speaking before you jump down on my throat sounding annoyed and condescending.

I was there last week and I love the service from Mary and Jerri. They were so polite and so friendly. When I had an issue, both of them jumped on it and they were able to resolve it within minutes. I'm very thankful for these two. Highly recommend this place!!!
