“Fieldstone is by far the best veterinary hospital we have ever been to. They have been our vet of choice for over a decade and treat our dogs as if they were their own. Each staff member is fantastic, knowledgeable, and always professional. They offer fair prices and do not push unnecessary service’s.
During a difficult time with our last two dogs, Dr. Raver and the staff accommodated us beyond what I could have expected. Dr. Raver has the biggest heart for animals and is so intelligent. She takes the time to listen, calls back if you have questions, and reviews everything in great detail, all with compassion and respect. We feel like we are part of a family at Fieldstone Veterinary Care.
Fieldstone Veterinary Care has won our loyalty to such an extent that I could never imagine going to another vet hospital.”

Dr. Nelson called me after Clark’s procedure and again took the time and was patient in answering all the questions I had and throughly explained his care needed when he got home. Dr. Maizel and the team did a great job nursing our old cat back to health so we could have a little more time, and when she couldn't take it any more, they helped us say goodbye and couldn't have been more understanding. If we get another kitty, we'll trust them to Candlewood.”

My son's Service dog was hit by a Car and doctor Paulin Saved his life if it wasn't for her Stabilizing him so we could get him to a trauma hospital which was VCA Shoreline hospital in Shelton, Connecticut.Who also were wonderful. “After being to over a handful of other Vets all over our area the past 2 weeks I was Skeptical about this last Referral, but let me tell you I had nothing to worry about . The staff are Awesome here , very knowledgeable, polite and caring . In 1984, Dr Wilson was made a Diplomate of the American Board of Veterinary Practitioners (ABVP) in Canine and Feline Practice. That should tell you he knows his Stuff and cares about what he's doing. My cat was in Ketoacidosis wasnt going to live much longer and all the other Vets wanted to do was Refer me somewhere else or tell me to get care credit for Thousands and thousands of dollars. He got her right in and started working on her , few days later and she's back to normal and on the Rd to Recovery. They worked with me on the Bill and made It seem like it was the least important part of the visit. This place is a Gem ? . I will be bringing all my other pets here for the rest of my life. Don't bring your pet anywhere else!”

It is so difficult to find a practice with vet techs that are so kind and helpful along with a vet that is so thoughtful and knowledgeable and they easily provide everything. “Family friend recommended Complete Cat and I am so happy they did. I called very short notice on a Saturday morning because my fur baby had accidents outside the litter box, which was completely out of his norm. Complete Cat squeezed me in, that same morning within 2 hours. They really care about animals and have the upmost respect. Prices are VERY reasonable. I have another fur baby I need to bring in for their shots, will be coming back to Complete Cat. They even sent me a ‘welcome’ card in the mail. So thoughtful and sincere. “I adopted three dogs from Daws, my husky i adopted 4 years ago october 2019 and than lab mix i adopted 2 months after november 2019. We had just two dogs for about three years and we felt we needed a puppy as my husky was getting older and playing less and we signed up to be fosters in september 2022 and fell in love with our first foster Nala a boxer mix. Daws goes through an extensive search to makesure the adopters are the perfect fit for the pets as some have gone through alot but once you adopt with Daws its easy to adopt again. They are going through construction now and building a new facility.”

“dr. McNamara is the best vet that I have ever gone to. This is my fifth dog and all I have left. I would not trust another veterinarian to care for my Oliver. His vet tech is very upbeat, kind and caring. The front staff is also pleasant to deal with over the phone when making an appointment. we will be spending most of our winter and spring months in Florida starting this year. I have no problem flying with Oliver back to Connecticut for his yearly physicals and check ups.”
“Convenient location with a decent inventory of popular pet products. Our dog is allergic to common ingredients found in nearly all dog foods so we have to buy special dog foods that don't contain those ingredients. Even though other local pet stores have and or can get those foods, Petco doesn't carry them and says they can't get it.”
