worst customer service ever i went in with a letter with a stamp already and asked the gentlemen helping that i would like it tracked and this guy name vinny wich is the 2nd time he does this to me grabed a red envelope and tries charging me 9 dollars for a service that should be cents he did this to me previosuly and i pait it but now i really feel descriminated against this is unacceptable

Vinny and Al are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Yesterday Vinny went above and beyond helping me and a friend, who has some intellectual disabilities, with her change of address. He patiently helped and advised us. And kudos to my neighbors who patiently waited on line while Vinny helped us and didn't rush my friend.

It is a pleasure to go into the PO in New Fairfield. Knowledgeable, courteous and professional! Compared to the other POs I use in my hometown and previous lives the customer service is excellent.Thank you for all you do.

Accidentally left my wallet full of cash on the counter. Postal worker ran out and caught me before i left the parking lot. Good to know theres good people out here

This is my community post office. The staff there is always helpful, courteous, and friendly. They take the time to be efficient and pleasant while doing an excellent job. A big thank you to the two gentlemen who are usually there and always dependable.

Stopped here to drop off a refused package. Once inside I noticed the POB's of yesteryear with holiday music playing. Two gentleman at service counter working in sync kept the line moving quickly. They new many of the patrons by first names. For sure a comforting site; that seems to have been lost now this new era. When I was called the gentleman was not only very professional, polite & courteous he also gave me a receipt after scanning my package! I have had to refuse a couple of packages at my local PO and when asked for a receipt they say I don't need one since it was scanned. This will be my go to PO going forward. I will drive twenty miles out of the way to stop here for service and a friendly hello

They consistently won’t deliver or miss deliver packages because my mailbox is across the street from my house. Then they will both say they delivered and also leave a slip stating we missed delivery.

I built a house 4 years ago in new Fairfield. And for 4 years I've been trying to contact anyone I can to please deliver my mail to my new house. I get the run around from new fairfeld post office. They tell me to call Danbury post office. Danbury tells me to call new Fairfield. The person I need to speak with is NEVER in the office because I have called at least 50 times by now and doesn't return emails or voicemails. This is beyond rediculos. It's your duty to deliver mail to residents.

What an absolute joke these people are. I sent a package 2 day delivery to Roxbury CT from New Fairfield CT and paid 6.65 for it. It is now a week later and no one knows where my package is. Use any other service but USPS and if you have to use USPS don't go to these simpletons working the counter in New Fairfield.

The postal workers in this office are great they are always willing to help and do everything they can to make your visit there plesant. Very professional.

Self service would allow me to use the post office again... EVEN IF I PRINT A LABEL YOUR DROP BOXES ARE TO SMALL FOR MY BOXES AND I STILL HAVE TO WAIT. It will never happen. Not even sure how this service is still in business when fed ex and ups are on the ball and I wait 30 minutes for price stamps here.
