Nick did the flowers for our wedding in July. We had several meetings to discuss the little details, he was thorough and helpful. The wedding flowers were everything we wanted and more from the vases at the church to my bouquet and sweetheart table. He is a true artist and very friendly. Thank you Nick!

On 7/12/24 I paid $234 on a large funeral arrangement including $15 delivery fee and taxes. Stated I wanted hydrangeas, sunflowers and NO LILLIES. Stated how I wanted the card to read. Upon arrival to the funeral home, there was a WRONG NAME of recipient (Kathy, not Katie) and did not state who the flowers were from (supposed to say Love Andrew, Jenna, Nick, Kate and All of the girls). The arrangement was hideous…Cala LILLIES, 1 out of 2 wilted hydrangeas and no sunflowers. Flowers that belong in a Hawaiian arrangement. HIDEOUS! Almost a good thing our names weren’t on it because it was embarrassing! Owner states policy is no refunds yet never disclosed a policy or had me sign one. Woman I spoke to on phone 7/14 asked if I wanted refund or a new arrangement to be delivered to family and I stated refund. My husband spoke to owner 7/16 told him he’d call him back later that day or next day.. never called. My husband called 3x on 7/17 and mailbox is full. I contacted BBB to file a complaint. Last thing a grieving person wants to do is argue for a refund for an ugly arrangement where nothing was right about it, including the card (which wasn’t a professional flower shop card stock but piece of paper). Do NOT purchase flowers from this owner.

My sister loved her birthday flowers! I ordered the 'Height of Elegance' bouquet, and it was absolutely stunning. The pearl overlay and faux diamond sequins on one of the roses made it extra special and classy. I also appreciated that they honored my request for an end-of-day delivery. Highly recommend!

Stopped in unannounced for last minute flower arrangement for my dentist. The owner asked some questions about who was receiving them and what the office was like, and then worked magic making a beautiful vase of flowers in only a few minutes. The ladies at the dentist loved them! Really top notch service and very reasonable prices!
It's worth driving a little further to get a florist that enjoys his craft.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful New Britain Flower Shop was in handling our wedding. We came to them with only 2 weeks notice, and Nick was able to accommodate exactly what we were looking for at an unbelievably reasonable price.
He arrived the day of the wedding and set everything up perfectly, it surpassed our expectations. He was neat, easy to reach, and kind (which is not always an easy thing to find with businesses). This business has a very personal feel and we appreciated that.
I would recommend them for any event. All of our guests were blown away just as we were with the absolutely GORGEOUS set up. We will be using them for all of our events going forward. Wonderful business.
