Paint not mixed correctly: Don't buy paint there! Brought in cover of paint with formula on it to be matched that I had used a year ago. When painter put it on wall today it was 10 times darker than the original. Store person said the color had faded in my bathroom because it was old. Not true as original can of paint was used in there a year ago and it matched perfectly. The only other explanation could be that the original formula was written wrong. But I got stuck.

Mixed a color that was not matte as requested then when we brought the original and the second quart in(both which they mixed)...they refused to give us the correct finish or a refund. Deserve to lose their franchise. No customer service interest by the staff whatsoever...just a 'KEEP the MONEY in the drawer philosophy' . Customer relations start with the owner/manager. Obviously, someone is asleep at the wheel.

Stopped in during the week in the afternoon twice this week, great store selection, displays and customer service. Was in and out quickly with the specialty colors my wife found online she was looking for we needed for home improvements.

The sales associates at the Naugatuck location are great! Knowledgeable, speedy, friendly and attentive! The sales associate working on May 6th was amazing! I didn’t catch his name but he provided excellent customer service! When I returned the next day he remembered me and my project. I wish more store associates were that attentive. I give him 5 stars.

My recent experience was with a professional, polite and knowledgeable salesperson. The store was very clean and protocols were followed. The friendliness and efficient service is why I will return.
