I really can't state how horrible my experiences have been with CVS pharmacy. It is impossible to talk to a human being without physically going to the store. It has nothing to do with the Pharmacy employees and all to do with how inconceivably poorly managed and disassociated CVS has become with their client base. I have had to take all of my prescriptions and business to another company due to the horrible experience.

Horrible pharmacy. If you have medications that you depend on to stay alive, get out now, because it's truly just a matter of time before they screw it up and give you attitude instead of actually trying to fix their mistake. Currently just crossing my fingers and hoping that my sister doesn't die while waiting to get her seizure medication. Zero accountability, zero concern for patients.

Always issues. Advertise photos of mucinex expectorant on sign outside of drive thru and women gave me two different excuses for not allowing me to purchase at window. 1. She does not have any in pharmacy and when I questioned it having this specific type to only be purchased behind pharmacy she said I'd have to come in and show my ID. I'm at the window ans you advertise the convenience, than refuse customers.
I've also had issues with being charged for prescriptions I should not be charged for. Not having them filled when I had messages telling me to pick up.

Pharmacy has messed up countless times then blames the patients for their mess ups. Honestly dread going there.

If I could give the pharmacy clerk - stars I would. Could only find one of 4 perscriptions and then told me the rest were at West Main St. Waterbury. Drove all the way there and was told there was none they were in Naugatuck. At the time I asked to talk to someone other than her and she wouldn't let me, just talked in circles. Had to finally call the Naugatuck pharmacy to get pharmacist on phone to straighten out mess. No apologies or thank you when checking out either. Worse place ever

The bridge street location in Naugatuck is top notch. Awesome service staff and amazing management. Everyone I've dealt with has given service above and beyond at this location.

Staff is always friendly to me and very helpful. I don’t use the pharmacy I don’t know about the pharmacy staff.

Despicable!!!! Apparently they ignore everyone's calls. They had me on hold for an hour without picking up the phone once..my baby is sick so I had to get my next door neighbor to babysit him while I went to CVS. I get there, and there's only 1 person in line and 3 people working at the pharmacy. Patti, the pharmacist claims they're short staffed, so it's okay to ignore calls and close the drive through window whenever they feel like it. I took a picture of what I saw when I got there and will be contacting cori office.

Can’t get through to pharmacy on the phone. They text a number to call but do not answer when called multiple times. Contacted cvs general customer support line and put on endless selection menu and then on hold for twenty minutes without connecting to representative. The endless “your call is important to us” message is contradicted by the lack of any response in any of the provided formats.

If I could give them a negative star, I would. Terrible customer interactions. I would advise going to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy workers are always rude and unprofessional. Pharmacist did not have her smock on just a sweater. Broke several hippa violations. Said they could withhold meds. Line of 30+ people and the cashiers let people cut the line. Store is always dirty. The bathroom is disgusting poop and pee everywhere. Can never find help.

Every and all of my medications are always late or on hold. I always went to cvs in Ansonia/Derby my script is ready in half hour most. The people in naugatuck drag their feet or poor management. I'm switching pharmacy again. Back to ansonia. Don't care about the drive. At least I get my meds.

Shaking my head because I don’t know where to begin. Which points to CVS corporate who must not have ever audited there. For example on pharmacy and store entrance windows, there are years of posted ads and scribbled notifications only partially removed and scraped off and which have incredible amounts of tape residue and filth remaining! It’s so bad I’m surprised the town hasn’t asked them to clean it up. Employees must be embarrassed and maybe be treated like they also are trash being that they work there? Another- Has 2 drive-through lanes One of which is closed 90% of the time. Thing is you drive up to it, and ONLY THEN are able to find out it’s closed… Then you have to drive around the store to get back on the other lane which by that time has other cars in it.
