Just moved to this location from another storage facility. Place is very clean and Melissa (Manager) was fantastic. She didn't have any units available when I went but she took my name and she even gave me an estimate when a few units would be available. She called me up and got the units that I needed. Wonderful to deal with a manager like Melissa who is looking out for the client as much as the business. She's a gem.

Storage facility looks very clean, employee Melissa was very informative and a pleasure to meet. Pricing is decently fair compared to some other storages in area . I will recommend friends and/or family who may be in need of storage use. 10/10 for my experience at Naugatuck location!

I rented a temperature controlled storage unit. Melissa gave me top notch customer service making the process easy. I had no idea what size unit I needed so she made a recommendation and my things fit perfectly. The facility is meticulously clean and security is tight. Highly recommend.
