Fantastic people and fantastic products. I went here with my girlfriend and great niece. We found 2 bracelet's in purple and white. We couldn’t find 1 large enough for me, so they made me 1 while we waited. They were very friendly and attentive. I ended up buying 4 bracelets from them and will be buying at least 1 more before I go back to NY. Great place to go if you’re looking for a unique gift and GREAT people, with great customer service. If I could give them more than 5 stars I Absolutely would.

Mystic Knotworks is an adorable little store that sells knots, yes the ones you tie! They sell everything from doormats, to keychains, to cat and dog toys, baskets, and so many bracelets. Everything is made by tying a differnt type of knot, using different types of rope or cord. And of course everything is made by hand! You might even find the store associates working on a craft while you're in the store. The bracelets are their best sellers. They come in a huge assortment of colors, from very thin to very wide, to everything in between. If for some reason you don't find your favorite color, or combo of colors in your preferred width, they can make it for you, while you're in the store. Everything is very appropriately priced. The bracelets average at around $8 and the doormats at around $50. It is a lot of fun to walk through and see everything that can be made by hand. They even have a book that was written by the store owner, Matt Beaudoin that's a guide on knot tying. When in Mystic, please stop by Mystic Knotwork, you'll be impressed by the variety of knotted items.

I couldn’t see Megan’s wings, but she was an angel! I had so many questions and product considerations. She eventually was able to suggest items that worked with my ultimate goals and lifestyle and produce bespoke pieces literally as I wrote this review!She was patient, while being goal-oriented. On my departure , I heard one of the craftsman commenting to another staffer that they loved people, but sometimes just need to focus…not fully sure what they were referencing…so while I can’t speak to all staffers…my experience was great with Megan. (She was a 5.)

This is the cutest store! I wanted a custom product and they were so sweet as I struggled to describe it. They were so kind and patient and got it perfectly! Truly a phenomenal staff and shop. A must see and shop in Mystic!!!

Really, a knot store? Them my wife in excitement exclaims "Yes!!" Apparently this is something that has been going on for years where you get a knot bracelet or anklet and wear it throughout the entire summer. At the end of summer you cut it off leaving only the tan line behind as a memory of another summer past. This store has every color and size you can imagine and if they don't have it, they'll simply make it for you right then and there. The staff is amazing. The owner made my NY Mets bracelet and let me know that this store is generational and not a chain. Bracelets & Anklets vary in price from $7-12.50 as the get more intricate. They also have a ton of other knot work products like dog toys, table stuff, etc. Overall, this place is a must see if in Mystic.
