My vehicle was hit while parked and Zee Collision was the closest repair shop in my insurance network. Due to my experience with this shop, I have developed a strong distrust for those who provide services to my vehicle.1. The repairs done were very shoddy (e.g. tape, glue and any other adhesives were visible, my side mirror was not flush against the window, etc). I called my insurance rep, he looked at my vehicle and agreed that the repairs weren’t up to standard. They had to pay a shop in Hartford to fix Zee Collision’s repairs.2. I paid $250 to fix a preexisting damage (a 3-5” crack) to my quarter panel near the trunk. After the first heavy rain we had in CT (about two weeks later), the problem came back. Now, the damage is worse than before.3. I have suspicions about them switching out my cup holder. There were gel inserts before and when I got my car back it wasn’t there. My cup holder also never had problems keeping my drinks steady and after the repair my drinks shift everywhere. Since I didn’t take pictures of my cup holder, it was just my word against theirs.From everyone else’s reviews, I know there are amazing and professional workers at Zee Collision … I just had an unfortunate experience with them. *This occurred in late 2018. I am extremely pleased by the work thatwas done at Zee. I found Richard Moore, the gentleman with whom I interacted with to be a consummate professional with exceptional customer service skills.He has the right temperament and personality for his role. He explained to me the work that needed to be done to my car in plain layman’s terms. After I picked up my car I brought it back for some minor issues, Richard was morethan happy to address the minor issues. Zee should be very proud to have a person of Richard’s caliber as a member of its organization!

My car was rear ended and Zee Collision was referred by Progressive Insurance. I did some homework and decided to go with Zee. Very glad I did. The turn around time was excellent and my car came out like new. Highly recommend Zee Collision Center.

A tree limb fell on my car during the last snow storm. I brought my car in on Monday and it was done perfectly on Friday. I have used Zee Collision a few times and have never been disappointed. Great job!!!!

My husband was rear ended by an old lady right before Christmas. We brought our car to be repaired at Zee Collision. My husband forgot to get the driver's information. Richard inspected the car and gave us a quote. Once we got the at fault drivers information we brought the car to be repaired. Geico wasn't going to give us an OEM bumper which my husband was upset about. Richard went out of his way to price match the bumper and ordered all original Ford parts. He fixed the car in TWO DAYS! He was so fast, and wow, he did a great job! My husband went to pick up the car and gave him the check from Gieco which was less than the total. Richard took care of getting the balance from them, we never even had to make a phone call. He also took care of setting up a rental car for us. I have had other accidents in the past. Richard's communications were very helpful and professional. The car looked great inside and out! He even cleaned the inside of the car and the outside which I was thrilled about. If I ever need auto body work done again I will definitely go to Zee Collision Center. They are affiliated with Branford Ford's Collision Center. My husband and I both drive Fords and are happy to find a trust worthy center to keep in our Rolodex!
