Customer for 30 years. New ATM is super glitchy and at times will not take deposits, or give cash. When asked why I have to pay for service like that, I'm told why I'm charged 12.00 a month. App is unless as well.. Plenty of banks have free checking......Goodbye

I've been a Webster Bank customer for many years and have always loved their service. Yesterday, though, I needed a very specific, customized letter from the bank and went to the branch on Broad St. in Milford for assistance. Consumer Banker Amanda took care of my request right away and when I had to return to have it redone due to an error in the information I provided, she did it all over again - and she was so kind about it! A great bank with great customer service!

My husband and I have had a terrible experience with the mortgage department at Webster bank!!! They are disorganized and don't answer or return phone calls... did not help guide us or prepare us for possible hiccups... very disappointed in the service provided. The pandemic is no excuse I am a nurse I show up to work everyday and provide the best care possible probably give better service since family members are unable to visit! I will never use them again I can not wait to build my house and use a different lender !

Had the misfortune of having going to Webster Bank in Winsted. Not accommodating at all refused to take s credit card payment and supply a duplicate bank statement. I will be closing account and doing business with a better customer service bank.

Either under staffed or just unprofessional. One staff member was working the counter and the drive up while the other employees sat around. While helping me she also was on the phone and was rushing my transaction. I didn't appreciate the lack of customer service from this branch.

Beware of this bank My wife went in to cash her paycheck and they gave her fake 20.00 bills She went back within minutes after learning bills were fake at chase next door and declined to help her What a joke this bank is! She lost money now due to this Really???
