Deal with another pharmacy. My same-day RX delivery wasn't shipped out until I called, 2 days after the order, and now because it's a Friday I wouldn't get the medication delivered until Monday. They canceled the order saying I can refill it some place else, but I'd have to fork over another $100 until the refund arrives. This is unreal and very dangerous to be playing with people's medication like this. Process the damn delivery request and get the medication shipped out, the same day, if you're going to charge me an extra fee; otherwise what exactly am I paying same-day fees for? I'm beyond pissed.

After a 20 minute wait to speak to someone in the pharmacy just now the women that answered the phone was beyond rude and hung up on me. She should be fired.

Pharmacy Not ideal for working population that doesn't get back to their area until later on . Pharmacy is closed on weekends and has lunch hour with no backup. And then closes at 7:00pm

Anyone who works 9-5 M-F will never be able to pick up their medication here. What kind of pharmacy is only open M-F until 6pm?? My medication keeps getting refilled here by accident and of course I don’t realize until it’s Friday night and now would have to wait all weekend long to pick it up. These hours are insane and dangerous to those who depend on their medication being filled asap.

Scheduled a Covid test. Get to the location and apparently have to wait 20-30 minutes because of an interview. Waste of my time WHILE I’m still working. No respect for other people time. Go elsewhere

With a vaccine appointment we still waited for about an hour. You just sit and wait with no one else waiting, no explanation, and no timeline. What's the point of making an appointment if they won't be prepared for it?

Fun fact: If you need some OTC meds you probably won’t be able to get them because they’ll have a paper sign on the door that says “We are closed but will reopen later”

As an ex-pharmacy tech for over 18 years, I have to say this pharmacy is by far the absolute worst. The technicians are rude and improperly trained. The hours for the pharmacy are ridiculous. Mon-Fri they close at 6pm and they are closed on Saturday and Sunday. How does that even work? This place needs to be shut down.

I was alerted my prescription was ready I went in to get my prescription the pharmacy staff was insanely unhelpful (and did in-fact not have my prescription ready) , made me come back to the pharmacy 4 times and continued to forget to put my prescription in. The manager was rude and unhelpful. They have no clue what they are doing here.
