They refused to give me a store credit with I'd that was purchased 2 days ago .I lost $50 because I paid cash.Poor customer service,asked employee in appliance department to call someone and waited at least 15 minutes

I ordered 27 drawer pulls online for delivery. When the order arrived, 26 were the correct items - one was not. When I called customer service to ask that I get a corrected pull sent out, I was told that I needed to return the wrong one to a Lowes physical store before they could correct the order.As I couldn't believe what I was hearing, I asked to speak to the customer service rep's supervisor. I was told the supervisor would tell me the same thing and refused to connect me.The nearest Lowes is an hour round trip. The items we purchased cost 3.98 a piece.Lowes shipping/order fulfillment screwed up the order. Now I would need to spend an hour of my time to fix their error? What a joke.

I tend to like Lowe's better than home depot when it comes to home decoration. But the Milford store is not as nicely decorated as the Norwalk store. I usually have luck finding staff to assist me with finding items which is a plus because I don't always need the steps for exercise.I mostly go here for mulch in the spring. The staff packs it into my car for me which is a great help.I find that it make sense to check an item online before venturing out to make sure that they have it and that it is a better price than competitors.

Bad service not enough staff I'm trying to spend my money on a door expensive door. There was a employee working in the area I ask for help and he said he doesn't work for that department so he couldn't help me I will never spend my money in lowe in Milford I rather go to Home Depot

Horrible customer service.... Employees wandering around the store asked to get a vanity down today around 1215pm from an employee called yandel waited 45 minutes to catch him wandering the store til he noticed I caught him and proceeded to tell me and my wife that someone was coming to wait another 25 minutes to have him come back to say oh he is coming and nobody else was around literally barely any staff in the department for a Saturday all staff was in customer service desk which is ironic for had bad they are will definitely bring my business to Home Depot and currently in the process of cancelling my Lowe's card since won't ever need to use it again.

Poor customer service here. Went to buy a new back pack blower which was up on a high shelf. Asked an employee to pull one down and as he got a fork lift, he stopped to help every customer besides us and made us wait 15 minutes until he finally came and got the unit. Had a manager come over and all he did was ask if we got it.The only registers open were the self-serve and only three were working. Store is VERY dirty inside and out. We had to walk over trash on our way out.

This Lowe's is quite different from the others I have been to in the area. The shelves were well stocked, and the store is fairly organized.As is currently the trend with many retail operations, it was difficult to find assistance. The staff in the front of the store was helpful during checkout. It would've been nice to also have assistance available in the back of the store as well.

Worst customer experience ever, told a few minutes for a pick up it's been an hour and a half. I am still in the store waiting. Not an apology, short with comments. There are plenty of other Lowe's do not order anything here.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a washing machine on a Tuesday and scheduled delivery on Wednesday. I received the confirmation email and text that the delivery was set for 11am - 3pm. Stayed home all day Wednesday waiting on a delivery that never showed up and never received any kind of an updated. Spent almost 2 hours the next day (Thursday) trying to chase down anyone that could be of assistance. Was finally able to get a hold of someone named Michael (refused to give me his last name) in shipping who said they screwed up my order and would not be able to deliver it now until Sunday. I have a young child and cant go an entire week without being able to do laundry! I confirmed that they made a mistake with the labeling of my order which caused it to not leave their warehouse and now the best they can offer me is to deliver it 4 days late?!? I asked the gentlemen repeatedly for his last name and his exact response was, "its just Michael, you don't need to know my last name". He then said well that is all I can do and the call ended. What a terrible experience!

Used to be Home Depot was the place to get bad service but this Lowe's consistently performs poorly. Usually go here because it's closer than Home Depot but went in tonight to the plumbing department. Literally not one red vest anywhere to be seen. Went to the front desk to have someone call for someone to the plumbing department which they did. 10 minutes later still no one. on my way out they told me the gentleman would be there in 10 minutes!! Are you kidding me ?BTW there was at least 5 people standing around behind the serve desk. Went to Home Depot got what I needed in and out in 10 minutes and actually grabbed a few things that I probably would have picked up at Lowes had they helped me with my plumbing question

Lowe's Milford Connecticut, We order kitchen cabinets from Jeff (nice guy no longer there) he Screwed up or order big time. Had to buy and wait for new cabinets (still waiting) Christine took over to help resolve the issue. Still waiting on my refund and 20% discount Jeff never gave me. With all this aggravation they with this order they need to give me another 20% off. Will be writing to Headquarter, CEO , Vice president and president.
