The manager at the kids foot locker in the Milford mall is a thief. We bought a shoes December 2 2023, and it was our fault we should have check it out but when we see the shoes at home that is in a bad condition we returned it the following day but she wouldn’t accept it, but she is seeing the receipt that we just bought it and she is coming with the excuse that we messed up the shoes and it’s just like straight lies. She probably her little brother or son has that shoes and she exchange it in the store for the store to sell it while she take a good one for her family. Here are the proves.

Found what I was looking for with no problems. The young lady that assisted me was great. Her manager however, was a bit rude and snippy. Can't say that I would ever go back here.

Love that there is great selection in children's footwear, only drawback is the expensive prices you pay for children shoes, prices are similar in comparison to adult shoes

Disrespectful manager. He was on his phone while I was there! I came to bring my shoes back all the way from nyantic,ct because they gave me the wrong size !
