I’ve been an extremely satisfied customer of theirs over 15 years. They have serviced my 2001 BMW Z3 since I bought it in Dec 2009. It now has over 144K miles…So rest assured they have done extensive maintenance and I would not let any other shop touch it !

If a rude staff, awful service, and no accountability is what you're looking for then you've found the right place. This shop truly isn't what it used to be. They charge dealership rates and seemingly enjoy returning your vehicle to you in a worse condition than when you brought it in. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

Rudy has saved our family on multiple occasions. Most recently we had our one year old in the car and the team went above and beyond to get my car repaired fast and loaner vehicle for the day. Highly recommend and great service.

Rudy is the best, he provided an estimate up front and was able to come in a little below what was quoted. Helmuts knows their Minis and Rudy was not stingy when it came to sharing information. Recommendations for other areas that needed work were given but not forced down my throat. His knowledge and experience is impressive and I would recommend these guys all day every day. If you have a BMW or Mini, want quality service, and don't want to pay dealership prices this is the place for you.

I have a 2000 BMW 323i and as you can assume with a car this old, I often run into small issues. I have been to multiple different mechanics and auto body shops and none of them even come close to the professionalism and knowledge as Helmuts. I can’t recommend them enough.

My great grandfather is Helmut and my grandfather is Robert (people call him bob). From what I've heard they have both done quite well in the auto business ever since Helmut moved to America many years ago. I'm quite sure that Bob left the shop in the hands of a trustworthy person. I am so happy to have found a reliable, knowledgeable place to have my MINI Cooper repaired and serviced. The customer service is unmatched by any other repair shop. Rudy has years of experience with BMW and MINI cars. Instantly he knows what is needed. Service is performed as quoted and completed very promptly. None of the "smoke and mirrors" treatment that is common at dealerships. I would not take my MINI any where else.Services: Steering & suspension repair
