I moved from commercial tobacco (American Spirit) to rolling my own with Leaf Only's Virginia flue cured whole leaf tobacco, and now I'm hooked. The quality is always stellar. Not only does the product keep me coming back, but also the exceptional customer service. If I have any questions, a quick call to their knowledgeable staff will get it answered right away. One improvement to make would be the turnaround time for shipping products, but I've learned to order two weeks in advance, and thus this place still deserves 5 stars. Thanks Leaf Only!

Fantastic commodity! I use Lead Only daily, and have been for years. I haven’t found another natural leaf that I could count on to be whatever variation that I ask for. I’ll be using them for a long while.

Products really good. The smokes in canada have become government regulated and they make you sick if you smoke them. The leaf from here taste’s just like it use to before the government regulations kicked in in Canada
Ive been having problems ordering without a credit card online and getting ahold of them but the product is top notch.

I have always had a good experience with leaf Only until recently lately I have been receiving garbage leaves many holes, dry and bad quality, I have reached out to leaf only, only to be ignored, I have been shopping with them for over 10 years I'm highly disappointed with the lack of curtesy for them to not even respond back to a situation that they caused but won't fix.

Is it just me, or has anyone else been getting some really garbage leaves lately? All ripped up with huge holes in them. I’m going to have to throw the entire order away. I didn’t order the low grade stuff. I never had this problem with the prior owners. Their turn around time was longer than they said it would be but I never had an issue with the product. NEVER!! I feel like it’s being done purposely. That’s WACK!! If you don’t want my business just say so.

Horrible Service. I paid for boxes of Fronto to be delivered. They sent me literally only 2 leafs. In a sealed box. Then refused to either refund me or send the rest. Tried to put it on their chosen delivery service. Horrible customer service for that. Dont trust this company to ship a thing. They'll take your money, and not send you any products. I'm still upset I never got what I paid for. Ordered from a store in Cali instead. They shipped what I ordered. Not going to Believe this company trying to blame the delivery driver when the box was still sealed in the store packaging. Smh

Horrible customer service and tobacco quality. They wait a whole week to ship you order. Expect 1-2 week shipping. Whoever takes the orders or sends them out is not capable of their job. I would look elsewhere for your tobacco products

You literally have to inquire about your order to get it shipped out. Does anyone see the orders come in? I have ordered from this place several times and they won't ship my order until I contact them asking about it.
