Went in for a gift card for someone and the girl said she couldn't get the gift card to connect with the register so turns out I got charged not once but twice and didn't even get a gift card people don't know what they're doing...

Another place that tries to strong-arm you into tipping them. A tip jar is one thing but forcing you to select a tip amount while they stare at you is an uncomfortable experience. This lady spent less than 25 seconds picking my juice. Does the company not pay them enough? The 200 percent mark-up says they should be able to. Also, you'll be lucky if they have the same juices 2 visits in a row....The forced tipping has to go!

Beware if you buy a vape. Their return policy is geared for NO RETURNS even defective vapes. They said to call the manufacturer even though this store sold the defective unit. You also CANNOT try any juices at this store only smell the bottle. So left with a defective mod and a flavor I don't like was the outcome. Wasted money and time. Buyers beware!

I’ve been going to this store for several years. The service is always great!! I went there earlier today and Kenzie assisted me with finding the right coil for my vape. She was extremely helpful and kind. I wasn’t able to stay longer to look into purchasing something for pain but Kenzie let me know what days she works because I mentioned wanting her assistance on finding out more information. I could tell just by talking with her that she knows quite a bit about the items for pain and that’s very refreshing.

Kenzie is amazing the past couple of times I’ve been here she has waited on us and she is so knowledgeable, gives opinions, and how amazing which modes work amazingly!! Love Artisan and never will go anywhere else in the future!!!
