The is worst customer service I have ever had. I have waited on phone call for aver an hour to speak to someone about picking up an ordered machine. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING HERE>

Everything was good but didn’t get the spacer for my oxygen the connect too.

Since the last time I rated this company it looks like they up their game a bit. My mother seems to have enough oxygen and Arden court hasn’t reported to me any kind of issue.

I have absolutely no problems with anyone at this location.
Brett is extremely professional and always tends to my needs in a timely manner, I probably drive him crazy but he still is on top of things as far as my medical needs are concerned. so Ty to Brett and I appreciate you.
Jason is also amazing, he is actually the only driver I like to deal with, he’s kind, polite, friendly, pleasant and professional.
So ty to Brett and Jason

Getting to speak with someone can be hard, but once connected easy to deal with. The pulmonary nurse in Amity, is very nice and helpful.

They have wide expertise and good supplies. They have some higher-priority workload last (emergency ones) that cause them to need secondary scheduling

It is very hard to reach J&L. They do not let you know if they are unable to make a delivery. I have waited all day with no delivery or call.

Only because I can’t give them a 1/2 a star! Spent my 1 day off , the whole day waiting for them to show up! Never called never came!!!! I called at 3pm and spoke to a woman to find out approximately what time they planned on showing up I was pissed by this time! She said she would have the driver call me, no call no show, wasted my whole day off waiting! Would I recommend this company no! Worst customer service ever!
