Worst place, you need better client/patient experience. Don't promote walk-ins and then have patient sit waiting for 30mins then have staff come and tell patient that you don't take walk-in on Saturday. PUT UP A SIGN!!!!!
FOR 30 mins I sat down you saw only 2 patients and they both said drop off so either you were being rude or lazy!!!!
Horrible, horrible !!!!!

I just want to start off saying everyone but one particular staff is amazing. My wife had labs done and we get a call back from her doctors saying they only did one out of all panels requested. Not a problem, went back in and the staff says the order is still not in. Mind you, this is all in the original request, so obviously she isn’t reading the labs right. Her argument was that she only sees what the doctor inputs when I had the doctor on the line saying it’s in fact all there. The doctor is from Hartford healthcare by the way. On top of that. since the first visit she has been very rude, like telling my wife she does not have to write out her full name, that is not for her to decide, very un supportive, and poor customer service, as if we’re the ones showing up to serve her and wasting her time. The second visit between wait time and handling the situation an hour was spent. We just said let’s go. Don’t go to this particular center and if you do, avoid the Dominican specialist; mind you I am also Dominican.

The girl who drew my blood was amazing! She made the experience wonderful. Nobody get my veins on the first shot and she nailed it!! Wish I remembered her name.

Friendly and quick process people there they know what they are doing. Not like other place I go it takes forever they call you even your the only person is there waiting. I recommend 10x way better than other place.

Worst Quest I've ever been to. I went 2 separate times and got the same phlebotomist. She has no idea what she's doing. The 2nd visit she poked me in both arms and complained the entire time to the point that she actually messed up and didn't get the blood needed for all the tests my doctor ordered. I had to go to a different Quest, because I wasn't taking the chance of getting her AGAIN! I definitely don't recommend this location and have shared that with my family to make sure they stay away! The photo is my arm today 4/15/24 which is 9 days after my visit. It looks WAY worse than the spot I was poked in 2 days ago. I'll definitely go ANYWHERE but back to this location.

7am appointment and office is dirty. Some staff are friendly others not so much. There's a European phlebotomist who is ignorant and completely lacks the finess to deal with the community. Its always loud in the back with the nurses shouting from room to room. Save yourself the trouble and book some where else.this location is horrible and should be Closed. With as many negative reviews why is this place still functional with the same staff..

Had appt for 1220. Got there at 12:00. 1 other appt on the board. They took that person then 2 others walked in no appt on board. I was left sitting there. I finally asked why I wasn’t taken as it was now 1230. Got an attitude from the 1 girl - she closed the door- then about woman came and acted like she was doing me a favor - won’t go back here again

Everyone who works at quest is always so pissed off. All I did was show up and they're so angry. Always attitude for nothing. Same thing on my last visit. They also didn't get all the vials needed for my lab work, left the building and they called me back to get poked again. They apologized for that though.

I came in to do the 3 hour pregnancy glucose test and was met with the sweetest Polish lady, all the other reviews say her name is JD. She was so pleasant and kind throughout the whole thing, me needing my blood drawn four times and hanging out for 3 hours. She kept saying how much I reminded her of her niece, she really turned something that could’ve been scary into feeling warm and taken care of. She wished me well with the rest of my pregnancy - loved her!!

I was nervous to try this place after reading the reviews. I made an appointment on my computer around noon to come in at 12:40. I arrived on time. There is no reception desk, just 2 kiosks for check in with which was weird.
At 12:53 I was brought back by Larissa for bloodwork.
I brought in the paperwork from my doctor after reading the stories of grumpy staff at this location and others because the computer didn’t have the record of the request.
Anytime in the past the phlebotomist would verbally describe what they were doing as they did. Larissa sat me down, put a tourniquet on and jabbed me without warning. She didn’t have much/any personality.
Aside from the lack of personality and being treated like an animal she was very proficient on the computer and had a steady hand while drawing blood.
I guess I would come back.
