No response via E-Mail. never on time even with appointment. Staff takes 5 to 15 after each appointment... Waist of time just waiting and none else waiting to get in... why?

The phlebotomist was excellent & kind.
The results were sent efficiently to my primary care doctor.

PICK ANOTHER LOCATION if you have to use Quest. My wife had an appointment for pre baby delivery blood draw at 9:40am. It’s now 10:30am she still hasn’t gotten her blood taken. What’s the point of appointments if you can’t come within 15 min of the scheduled time. Is this place ran by the CT DMV?

Took 2 hours to get blood drawn this morning even with an appointment. Poor tech was there alone. Quest needs to do a better job staffing this place.

They do a good job wish they would stay one way instead of changing as they go along..some people don't have computers to make appointments for the tests..we like walk ins better

Worst customer service ever. I went there waiting for one hour, never call me in. They don't have any patients inside or in the waiting room. The only checked in on the screen it was me. One of the tech get out twice two call a patient that it was clear not there. I just waiting there while I can hear the technicians talking and joking around.

My experience with Quest at Midstate Medical Center today was exceptional. Wanda was extremely nice and polite and made me feel very welcomed and appreciated as a customer of Quest. When I returned an hour later for additional bloodwork she welcomed me in with a smile and ushered me out quickly so I could get to work. Very pleasant experience.

Worst place ever! Had an appt at 8:30 a.m., sign said wait in waiting room outside the facility - which I did, went in at 9:10 a,m, and they said they called me twice. They did not! I was looking at the door waiting for them to open the door to call me and they did not. They then made me wait longer while they took new people in. Who would ever go back? Never ever! Rude and dishonest people!

Showed up for our appointment and we were there of we couldn't do anything without a paper request after everything was set up online for a week. They told us their system was down and they had no idea when it would be up

Arrived today at 4:54 pm. Hours posted with closing at 5pm. Just had to have urine sample for possible UTI. Now I have to wait until tomorrow am to take the medication. I won’t be going back to this Quest

Anyone who has taken a young child in for a blood draw knows how difficult and nerve wracking it can be. I was scared that the phlebotomists wouldn't be understanding or patient with my 4yo, but to my relief, both ladies were extremely helpful, kind, understanding, and reassuring. They went above and beyond, even waiting until my daughter gave consent (to which I was truly impressed), and talked her through the entire procedure. I am so grateful for these two, who worked on a Saturday morning. They made our dreaded blood draw visit a happy one. Thank you!!

Last time I went here was a month ago while being pregnant the lady acted like she had some aggression towards me for no reason and bruised my arm never again will I go to this one for my blood tests!
