Olga at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful at the time of my employees admitting. I would never recommend this place. It's never right to talk poorly about someone in Spanish. You don't know me just do your job and refrain for your added snotty comments.

I’ve always had a good experience at Mediquick. My primary is usually booked out for urgent care visits unless it’s telehealth and some issues just need to be evaluated in person, I’m relieved to have access to quality care when needed. Today I received compassionate and professional treatment from Dr. Tan as well as the nurse on staff (I wish I caught her name). I don’t like to complain but I knew I needed to get checked out. I was taken care of very quickly and the follow up care/communication with the pharmacy to ensure I remained comfortable was truly above and beyond.

Had to take my twin to get stitches for a dog bite. The staff was extremely kind and welcoming! The doctor was wonderful and made sure my twin felt seen and heard as well as was comfortable.

Dr. Tan was awesome today! I ended up having strep and tonsillitis. I also have a horrific gag reflex but he was fast, and made me feel taken care of! Dr. Tan I wish you did primary care because I need you!

What a wonderful experience I had !. The best care I have ever had going in as an emergency. I was in and out, plus staff and Dr. were so nice, and they really took the time to listen.

I am grateful this service is there. Since I can never get an appointment with my primary, the only option is "urgent" care for - today's complaint - sinus infection. Hardly urgent but not pleasant either. I was treated with dignity and respect from the moment I arrived until I left. I was listened to and heard and my complaint addressed.

Fraudulent place! I went to MedQuick located at 61 Pomeroy Ave Meriden CT 06450, which is an Urgent Care facility. I was treated there and on my way out paid my Copay of $35.00 ( which is accurate for an urgent care visit). About 1 month later I received a bill for $140.00. In the mail. After investigating this issue it appears that I was Charged for an Emergency Department visit, not an Urgent Care Visit. After calling Hartford Health Care customer service the representative states that Uregent Care and Emergency Department are billed the same. After being baffled by the explanation that was given to me , I asked to speak to a manager or Supervisor, was placed on hold for about 3 min, then my call was disconnected. My Coverage states that my Copay for an urgent care visit is $35.00, and for Emergency Department visit is $175.00. How is that the same?? Very ?

absolutely terrible customer service. the old guy at the desk was yelling and scolding patients left and right. the door locked from the INSIDE when they reached capacity, so I couldn’t even leave if I wanted to.
